Die Online-Reservierung hat gut funktioniert. Die zwei Rezeptionistinnen sprachen gut Englisch und halfen mir, die gesuchten Punkte in der Stadt zu finden.

Frühstück gab's ab acht Uhr. Ich musste aber schon um halb sieben los. Aber das ist eben Spanien. :-)

No insulation - everything can be heard in the other rooms, no view from window, limited English skills of the staff.

The bar is lacking atmosphere or style. WiFi to rooms could be more reliable.

Although when you arrive, it feels like the hotel is on the outskirts of the city, it is actually very close to the Cathedral, and an easy walk to the 'Barrio Humedo', where everyone goes out. The room was spacious, extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a good-sized 'mini-bar', quite big enough to keep a few of your own things in.

The soundproofing between rooms is almost beyond 'bad' - it is virtually non-existent. Guests who have reported that someone using the toilet next door sounds like they are in your room are not exaggerating! It happened to us! If you are sensitive to noise, particularly at night, use this hotel at your own risk, or take a good pair of ear plugs! We were lucky - innocuous neighbours who went to bed early, but any noise from next door is very audible indeed. Also, we felt that the carpark should be bookable. The hotel could easily make a non-refundable charge for this at the time of booking. There is an open-air public carpark nearby, but this was very full, and not a good alternative to having your car in a closed carpark.

An excellent hotel in every way and good value too. Very close to the old city centre and an easy, short walk there. Staff - first rate. Café very good too. Easy street parking beside the hotel although it does offer its own car park.

Not really the hotels fault but difficult to find with the one way systems.

Only 3 blocks from the Old City area. Underground parking with elevator access for luggage. Abundant road signs indicating hotel location.
