Easy to locate hotel with our satellite navigation system - opposite el Corte Ingles. On site undeground parking very convenient. A bit of a walk from the main attractions. |

Excellent location. Pleasant room. Hard to find - signs mentioned in directions did not exist. Difficult to get service at bar. Under ground garage had very narrow ramp - very tight in 4x4! |

The luxurious hotel is located in the center oft he city. The private parking is at the hotel and costs 9 eur / day. Personnel is helpful |

The staff is efficient and friendly, the hotel is 10 minutes away from the Cathedral and the city old center, the breakfast has a well composed buffet. I surely recommend this hotel. |

Good location. Excellent restaurant and good value all round. The room, in particular, was good value - plenty of space and comfortable beds with enough pillows (not always so in many hotels). We will certainly use Silken hotels again. |

Cleanliness, overall comfort in the facilities and rooms, good breakfast, quiet, no disturbing noise during the night although the hotel was crowded. The parking was full and threre's no other private parking close to the hotel. |

Easy to find, convenient parking, nice rooms and a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Only one elevator goes to the underground parking. |

clean near shops and within walking distance of historical area of Leon, breakfast ok but far too expensive and parking available at hotel but also expensive the lifts were very poor long waits and the lift call buttons were not working correctly as we were on the 6th floor this was a serious inconvenience |

The Hotel is well placed to discover Leon. Approximately 10 minutes to the Old Town centre but also very close to the Leon high street shops. |

This hotel appears to be very new, and is fitted with top quality furnishings. It is very near to the old town, and immediately opposite is El Corte Inglese department store, so is very easy to find when first arriving. The food is of a high standard and reasonably priced. |

For a "chain" hotel, this one was definitely above average. For example, one of the girls at the front desk spent at least half an hour printing out maps and making recommendations for a side trip to Astorga and the surrounding vacinity. She went way above and beyond the service I expect from this type of hotel. The location of the hotel (right across the street from El Corte Ingles) was very convenient and easy to find. The underground parking was tight but necessary in this congested city center. The (included) breakfast was very generous in the variety and quality of offerings, although they were heavy on the sweet stuff (as is common in Spain.) There was a good variety of fresh fruit to offset the sugar-loaded temptations. Overall, this hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise at a bargain price. |

Great location for tourism, restaurants and shopping. It does not offer free internet for guests in the lobby. Internet was from an expensive sub-contractor. We were hiking the Camino de Santiago and could not carry our laptop computer to use the free Wireless internet the hotel offered. |

On-site car parking (although I was glad we weren't driving a big car). Good breakfast. This Silken was not up to the standard of the one in Bilbao, where we had stayed the previous two nights. |

This hotel was a bargain and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. It has parking under the hotel which is pretty cheap compared to other hotels in Spain. Our room was enormous and had all we needed. A great hotel! |

The Location and the parking space.In front of the hotel, right across the street, there is a very nice department store that has supermarket in B!, so buying fruits and some other food supplies were very easy and convenient. |
