high standard hotel for a very good price staff could use service elevator when cleaning rooms, to avoid queues of clients waiting for a free elevator at breakfast time. |

If you like to walk (as I do), it's a good hotel. 10-15 minutes, and you're in the city center. Didn't use the hotel's cafeteria, there are plenty around the corner near the MUSAC that are more affordable and more typical. Very clean. The hotel was fine, what bothered me was the price of the taxi's in Leon: 14€ to go from the train station to the hotel seemed pretty steep to me, twice what a cab would cost in Madrid or BCN. |

Nice room with comfy beds. The AC unit was behind the blackout curtains which you need here if you go to bed before 10pm. The room got stuffy. |

El pedal de la papelera del baño no funcionaba, la tapa del wc no se sostenía. Y las almohadas de la cama no eran de llos más cómodo. |

Amplitud habitación, pocos ruidos, muy tranquilo. Hotel a 20 minutos andando del centro, cafetería cerrada para tomar un cafe por la mañana o una copa a la vuelta del centro por la tarde noche. Calefaccion la conectan a las sies de la tarde hasta la una de la mañana, y en León hace mucho frio. |

Que es un hotel nuevo y tanto la habitación como el baño son muy amplios. No he utilizado más servicios. No está céntrico, usamos el coche para ir a la zona turística, pero era fácil aparcar. El baño tiene poca luz y resulta frio. |

Fuimos el fin de semana y aunque está un poco alejado del centro nos gusto y me pareció bastante económico. La habitación era estupanda, muy amplia. |

Amabilidad del personal. Buen buffet de desayuno Plazas de garaje de mal acceso. A pesar de que pedimos para no fumadores la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a humo. Solo hay una planta para no fumadores. En España los fumadores representan el 30 % de la población y un 70 % no fuman. Grifo del lavabo está sucio. |

El desayuno buffet es muy bueno. El precio del parking no es excesivamente caro. La información turística para visitar la ciudad es muy pobre. Nos dieron una fotocopia de plano en la que no se veía nada. |

Practicamnete todo... Han sido muy amables desde el principio, es un autentico 4 estrellas y no un 3 estrellas camuflado... El edificio y las instalaciones son nuevas y su ubicacion es muy buena justo detras del museo de Arte Contemporaneo. A estas alturas de la vida seguir cobrando por un servicio wi-fi me parece inadmisible y un poco racano... Esta claro que estan para ganar dinero pero hay cosas de mal gusto y esta es una de ellas... El internet ha de ser gratuito. |
