The soundproof shutters were helpful since our room was located on a noisy street. Also, the minibar and biday are nice features. Parking. There was some confusion about where it was acceptable to park and we were misinformed...ended up with a parking ticket. It would've been nice if breakfast was included. Many European hotels include breakfast. |

Très bel hôtel en centre ville (20 m du Boulevard Carlos iii, tout proche pour visiter la vielle ville de Pampelune et les divers monuments. Les réceptionnistes parlent un peu français très bon accueil.Parking Public en sous sol à 200m de l’hôtel avec réduction au client de l’hôtel Aucune chaine française (même pas tv5 Monde) |

Son emplacement en centre-ville tout en étant dans une rue tranquille, la possibilité de laisser la voiture devant l'hôtel et la gentillesse de l'accueil. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner léger et de devoir aller à l'extérieur. |

Deze hotel groep koopt oude binnenstad hotels op en geeft het een renovatie, wat niet inhoud dat het superdeluxe wordt, heeft een flirt met de oude tijd, spreekt mij persoonlijk niet aan. Enig voordeel is staat midden in het centrum, en dus geen auto voor de deur, betaald parkeren in openbaar parkeergarage, vraag stempel hotel voor reductie Door de verbouwing ontstaan typische kamers en vaak kleine badkamers, of andere weer grote badkamers. |

Su situación ya que uno se encuentra muy cerca del centro de Pamplona pero no sufre sus inconvenientes acústicos,por ejemplo. El servicio del desayuno fue bastante deficiente pues la Dirección del hotel no puso suficientes camareras y no daban a basto. Las dos que había eran buenas profesionales pero solamente eran muy pocas para tanta gente.Es la única nota discordante de mi estancia. |

Vriendelijk onvangst en behulpzaam bij het verstrekken van informatie over de stad. Het hotel ligt gunstig ten opzichte van het oude centrum. |

El trato recibido por algunos empleados. El ruido nocturno por un mal aislamiento de las ventanas (gente hablando muy alto en la calle y el de camiones de basura) Camas de 0,80 !!! en un hotel de 3 * del siglo XXI Habitaciones sin bidet... etc |
