Room was well equipped and modern. Breakfast was also good with a large selection. Location fairly distant from town centre - car required to access town. Spa facilities were in need of upgrade. |

Leaving mean unsympathetic staff who could have offered usat least a free meal after paying twice for a one night stay by our mistake,the hotel pocketed a nights money from my mistake they thought that great fun ,right ! now pay more for the night we did intend to stay but at a higher price and into a flooded smelly room and had to decamp to another. |

55 euros was a great value for a large double room with jacuzzi and sauna which also included breakfast, parking and internet. That's all we needed for the night. Swimming pool was a bonus. As mentioned before, a bit outdated and maintenance is not that great (i.e. the tap was loose on the jacuzzi, curtain rail broken, floorboards are worn). Also no information in the hotel room about services, how to use the equipment and when we arrived the receptionist on duty did not speak English. Despite all this I would stay again if it was at a good price. |

Lovely room equipped with large comfy bed, laptop with internet access, minibar with free contents, jacuzzi and sauna. Swimming pool with leisurely area very agreable. Fantastic buffet breakfast ... one of the highlights of our stay. Unique hotel dificult to access if one is not travelling by car. Nothing negative to add. |

Hotel was good value for money, the restaurant was also excellent value and the staff were very helpful. The beer was excellent. We found the hotel very far from Lleida center. We also found that it was very noisy during the night. |

Beautiful hotel. Lovely room. The restaurant has a special evening dinner menu for guests, which is great value and delicious. On arrival there was a problem with the computer and we were not able to enter our room for one and a half hours! There was only one person at reception and he could not solve the problem. All guests who arrived had to wait for this time. The management invited us to dinner as recompensation. Our room overlooked a rather dirty basement, so we could not open the curtains. Was led to believe we would have a jacuzzi in bathroom, not true. |

rooms are larger than many European hotels, and to have a shower, sauna, and jacuzzi in your room is quite a treat. The general atmosphere was a bit odd. the hotel is not particularly clean, and much of the food at the breakfast buffet was old. |

The pool was nice and it's very cheap. Also the restaurant (once it opened) was good. There's something strange about this place. Bit like staying at Hotel California....The staff were very unhelpful, and we had to ask numerous times to get the cot we'd requested for our baby. Also the restaurant does not open until 8. |

Me ha gustado mas la habitacion, la limpieza es agradable. Pedi que me dejaran los albornoces pq ya habia ido y me habia pasado igual, pues me paso otra vez se lo pedi a recepcion, al mismo tiempo a la chicha qe hacia la habitacion, estuve casi una hora esperando que me los dieran. las instalaciones dejan que desear, esta muy dejado el jacuzzi de la piscina, la piscina tenia las luces apagadas a las 8 de la tarde,no tiene la categoria que le han dado. Mi experiencia en dos veces que he ido, no volvere mas. |
