Very Good breakfast selection, location is good for ramblers and the Metro, the pool allows you to cool off and is larger than the photos suggest. |

Brilliant. Every positive comment on the internet was true. Location very good. Breakfast was excellent as well - don't believe the moans of some people. Would definetly use this hotel again. Travelled with friends and they agree with these comments. They too would also definetly use the hotel again. Liked everything about this hotel and would recommend it to other people |

the hotel staff were all friendly and polite and the room was kept clean each day. it was a great location and really good value for money in comparison to the hotels nearby. |

It has an excellent location, was clean and in a great location. Also has a fridge in room useful for keeping water / beer! Had somewhat of a major gripe with the hotel in that when checking our bank account we found the hotel had charged us twice for the same stay. When we questioned this with the concierge he was extremely rude saying that it is impossible for this to happen and offered no help in checking the system to see if this was so, only insisting we bring a bank statement to prove it. Alas when we went to do this it seems the hotel had realised their mistake and refunded us the money in our account. When we checked out there was no apology for this mistake which caused much upset and distress between me and my girlfriend. Would definately not reccoment the hotel on this basis, as the man treated us like we were stupid and was rude. I accept that otherwise this hotel is fine but our experience left a bad taste. |

Upon on arrival the room given by the lady on desk was not satisfacroty at all. Went back to reception and the gentleman give us another room which was far better and his customer service was excellent..We stayed in this hotel last year and that was why we booked again |

Roof top pool. Items that should have been hot a breakfast were cold, food not replenished when run out. No fruit juice on first morning as machine broken. |

It is in the center of Barcelona. Next to La Rambla and to the metro station. It is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. It has a nice swimming pool and a solarium on the roof. The rooms and breakfasts are ok The doors to the rooms close very loudly so we could hear all the neighbours comming in and out. |

The room was lovely and it was very useful having a fridge in the room and free web access availible. The pool was also lovely and very clean. I enjoyed the stay so much that i have recommended it to my friends and they are staying there soon too. |

The acommodation and food were excellent value for money and all the staff were very helpful. Their English was good but they were more than happy to let you try to use your Spanish and help you when you got stuck. |

The hotel was very conveniently located, right in the midst of the shopping area. Room given was very big and was quiet. Our room had no view and the room was not cleaned when we came back for a break at abt 5pm. No coffee making facilities and lift was very small n narrow, barely enuf for 2 adults and a stroller. |

The location was close to restaurants and Las Ramblas. The staff gave us great directions to local attractions. They did not have alarm clocks or the adapters for US electonics. Most Europeon hotels had them at the front desk. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. They recommended the hop on/ hop off tour bus and gave us money off vouchers. (Would definitely recommend getting this bus if you want to see all the sights! It takes you directly to them all!) Very efficient eager to please. Buffet breakfast good and value for money but get there early as not as good in the last hour. |

The breakfast was good, but that was all. The room air conditioning did not work at all and the room was extremely hot and stuffy, never less than 26ºC and mostly higher, and despite numerous complaints throughout our stay nothing was done and we were told there were no other rooms available. The only response we got from staff was "we cannot do anything about it" |

I have just 3 things: location, pool area and that I could check in when I arrived. Things look old and not in good function in the rooms, not too clean appearance especially in the bathroom (dust spots), plastic glass in the bathroom and a tinny shower gel bottle, a lot of noise (door snapping), unfriendly personnel. |

it was very central to the main attractions of Barcelona with good transport services nearby I think breakfast should have been included. The first advertisement sayign buffet breakfast included was very misleading |
