Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The food was very good and it was worth every penny it cost. The pool was large. It was close to the beac-fenals beach. The hotel is not a 4 stars as mentioned.atlist the rooms are more of a 3 stars hotel-not renovated,no minibar,old TV.also you had to pay for everything!for the safe,for the hotel in advance (never heard of that), for a towel in the swimming pool etc etc. |

We liked the pool and spa.It was a good base to go and see Barcelona and Girona.Shops and beach were within walking distance. |

La zona Spa y la atencion de todo el personal que es exquisita Te hacen pagar por todo: 3 euros/dia si quieres nevera en la habitacion(mini-bar), las bebidas de la comida se pagan a parte. Tampoco nos gusto el horario del Spa 8-20h seria perfecto hasta las 22h. EL desayuno mucha bolleria pero de poca calidad y la mermelada es malissima. |

Facilities of the hotel are quite good (spa), rooms are clean, air conditioning very good, the area is nice, not really close to the (noisy) centre. The life guard at the pool (soccorista) was especially friendly and helpful. The programmes are mainly for families and small children with very low expectations or not even for them. |

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, pues no esta en la zona más ruidosa de Lloret y cercano a la playa de Fenals. El Spa también esta muy bien. No me ha gustado mucho la limpieza de la habitación, ya que cuando llegamos habia pelos en el suelo del lavabo y no daba buena impresión. Nosotros cogimos solo alojamiento y desayuno y el desayuno lo vi algo escaso y de no muy buena calidad. |

Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins, ils sont très gentils et accueillants. Le spa est bien équipé et agréable, et le fait que l'accès soit inclus dans le tarif est appréciable. Concernant les animations, en début de semaine c'était très moyen mais vers le milieu de la semaine et jusqu'à la fin c'était que de très beaux spectables (flamenco, magie ...). Les activités en journée pour les adultes n'étaient pas très intéressantes (aqua gym, tir à l'arc ou ping pong ...), et il n y avait aucune activité pour adultes en dehors de l'hotel (type visite de la ville, activités sur la plage ...). Concernant le mini club, les enfants étaient parfois presque livrés à eux même, nous avons laissés nos petits de 3 et 5 ans une seule et unique fois, mon mari a du récupérer plus d'une fois le petit qui se dirigeait vers la piscine ... sinon ils ont fait du dessin, ce qui n'est pas très original. |

Bon rapport qualité prix;Emplacement suffisemment en retrait de l'agitation du centre ville. Accessibilté au parking en voiture très difficile. Accès client au parking necessitant d'emprunter le back-office ( pas conforme à des normes 4*).Qualité des massages moyenne. Café au petit déjeuner lyophilisé et mériterait au minimum un café filtre; pas de jus de fruit ( type orange ou pamplemousse)au pdj , mais une sorte de soda type Fanta très dilué. |
