good location, nice pool area. complained about noise from other guests, football teams, and was told by receptionist that she wasn't prepared to do anything and just to put up with it. had to deal with it myself. not the standard that i would expect and extremely disappointing.would never go back to this hotel. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. They had to deal with a lot of things during the fours days we were there, sick in the elevator and abuse from guest(s) who had been drinking in the hotel all day. I did read a comment about the walls being 'paper thin', that was very true. I had read the reviews before I booked so I wasn't really that shocked by what went on when i got there. It was cheap and that's what we wanted, although I have stayed in better for the same rate. |

Hotel is in the centre of Lloret de Mar so everything is near. Beach was really close, about 5min walk. But if u have car better go on beach to Tossa de Mar. It's much nicer and more quiet then Lloret de Mar. Reception staff was always helpful and especially older woman on morning shift was very sweet and kind. Hotel is very very noisy!!! Because it's cheap hotel there is a lot of students and young people who make parties in room every night :) First night we got room with wiew to swimmning pool and we coudn't sleep at all because outside was someone constantly chatting or shouting. Next day i asked for the most quiet room in hotel and we got room with wiew to street and since that time we slept as babies :) So if you will get room with wiew to swimming pool or garden don't expect to sleep too much :) Restaurant where we had breakfast wasn't very nice. It was dark there and we felt like on funeral. Even food wasn't nothing special. It's eatable but don't expect breakfast like in Four Seasons Hotel :D |

The hotel is pretty much clean and new. The rooms are very nice, too. The staff is rather responsive. The only thing I didn't like is dinner assortment. I would recommend to wide a range of food and dishes. |

Having stayed previously we decided to take a quick short holiday as the location and food were pretty good last time-July..The food on this visit was very repetetive,but still not bad.Usual fight for sunbeds, but thankfully didn't need them that much as the weather wasn't particulaly good. Too many "youth" groups.Parties of up to of 47 all making a lot of noise during the day and also into the night.Room phones ringing at 4 in the morning!! Eastern Europeans-youths- seem to lack any manners at all !! |

It was great value for the money we paid. The rooms were sufficient, but lots of cracks and old. But location was close to the beach and shops, and our booking included free breakfast and dinner... It was really hard to beat for the price we paid for. Staff was very accommodating too. No parking available. Very hard to find parking nearby. Old rooms, cracked doors, needs some renovation on the rooms. |

Location (near to beach), nice food (big choice). Strange rules: I couldn`t sit by the swimming pool with my own drinks - even coke, or They wanted 20 euro deposit for remote control. |

The staff were very friendly and efficient, they really put us at ease from the moment we arrived till we left this hotel was quite basic but comfortable, maybe a bit of paint here and there, especially the rooms |

I liked value for money, good balcony, good helpful staff at reception, good swimming pool Food was awful, location with constant noise at night was a problem and most of rooms did not have plastic windows, so all noise was there with us. Air conditioning was old and we caught cold as a result of it. And it seemed that bed sheets were not changed single time during our week there |

They had enough food for everyone and it was well cooked, although it was only cheap food. I didn't like the reception staff, they are usually ignoring you although you're staying in front of them. The room was awful, very old furniture, it's making a lot of noise. The room has TV but you have to pay to get the remote, the air conditioning wasn't working (probably you also have to pay for it), you don't have access to the safety deposit box for free. Actually, you have to pay for everything there. The walls are very thin, they aren't soundproofed, you can hear even if someone is snoring in another room. We couldn't sleep for more than 4 hours per night because of the noise. I've been to 2 stars hotels in Romania and they look much better than this La Palmera. It was my worst stay ever to a hotel, I will never go back there again! |

I liked the beach, was close to the hotel, it was clean as well Didn't like the food, all the same every day, very loud at night, we had the tv but to watch it we have to pay 20 euro of deposit to get the remote control !!!! No hair dryier in the room. |

During our 9 day stay at this Hotel , we found all hotel staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful , from reception to the bar and cleaning staff.However regrettably the all inclusive option wasn t all it should have been. i. Also , little entertainment.All that was on during pur 9 night stay was a dutch band, who played 2 consecutive evenings and catered for the dutch/german guests.Not great really, Also , influx of large patites of , i believe students on various days..who totally took over the pool area.We went out on thoses days.I d recommend this hotel but only to people wanting a short break. |
