Mark in reception was excellent as was the general manager gave us the feeling we were in a real five star hotel very helpful and great value for money on bookings .com. Fine dining restaurant called fre in hotel was excellent did not expect this quality in lloret de mar well done Rooms badly need to be refurbished and up dated to come in line with five star hotel |

The hotel can only be described as total luxury staff were very professional and the facilities were amazing very clean and to a high standard Lloret is not a resort I would recomend however the hotel made up for this it was a good 10 minute walk to shops and beach but spent most of time in the hotel |

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist schön, von Ausstattung und Sauberkeit entspricht es aber keinem 5-Stern-Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels, sowie der Ausblick könnten besser sein. |

El trato que recibimos ,por parte del personal.Se puede aparcar entre el camino del hotel.Sin tener que pagar los 15 euros del parking. Las 2 piscinas estaban bien.Para entrar en la piscina interior ,hay que pagar la estancia en el SPA. El olor a cloaca en la habitacion,era insoportable y nos acompaño en los 3 dias de estancia en el hotel.Estubimos a base de ambientador.Las habitaciones y servicios corresponden a un 4 estrellas, aunque por el precio que se paga no esta mal. |

Het personeel was heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en het bed was heerlijk ontbijt was slecht, wij vinden dit eerder een 3 sterren hotel dan een 5 sterren hotel. |

El entorno es privilegiado, el trato del personal. La comida del restaurante es exquisita. Además en el mismo hotel hay el restaurante gastronómico Freu, fabuloso, lo recomiendo. |

Todo perfecto. La habitación espaciosa con una cama de matrimonio grandisima. El buffet del desayuno es el mejor que he probado, jamon iberico, carta de platos calientes, zumo de naranja natural etc... La piscina e instalaciones muy confortables, y el servicio de bus gratuito a la playa, toallas y hamacas es un lujo. |

le petit déjeuner : premiere fois en espagne ou le petit déjeuner est carrément bon. Les patisseries, les fruits....aucun défaut mis à part le lait qui avait un gout étrange.La piscine aussi est superbe meme si on à pied partout (remarque j'allais pas faire des plongeons). l'acces à la ville, il suffit de marcher un peu (600 m) est on est au centre ville ou en bord de mer. La propreté de l'hotel en général et les grands espaces qu'il offre.facile pour se garer (en Septembre du moins) le lait, les travaux autour de l'hotel mais ça c'est typique de lloret les immeuble pousse de partout c'est dommage de nager dans une belle piscine et quan on lève les yeux on voit trois grue juste au dessus de nous. Le spa et jaccuzzi 10 euros de plus a prévoir. |

Hotel céntrico y a la vez tranquilo, excelentes habitaciones e instalaciones en general. Solicite una cuna y nos pusieron una cuna muy cómoda para el niño. Todo perfecto. Estan en obras y la salida peatonal a la ciudad no esta asfaltada y esta llena de tierra. El desayuno bufet correcto pero no tenia comidas calientes (huevos, bacon etc) |

bien placé . personnel gentil mais pas à la hauteur d' un hotel de ce type .attendre 1 h ses valises dans la chambre et finir par à aller les chercher ! Frigo toujours vide .Salle de bain sans carrelage avec peinture approximative .Aller chercher ses serviettes de toilette car oubliées .Cela fini par être un gag ! j' aurai du plus me fier aux commentaires . |

El hotel está bien ambientado. Los jardines, la piscina y las terrazas de los restaurantes y la cafetería por la noche. El buffet del desayuno es muy completo. Las habitaciones de la primera planta huelen mucho a humedad. |
