Really friendly staff, very relaxed, nothing was any effort or trouble. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Air conditioning needs attention. Not enough power to cool the room quickly. In 38 degrees it needs to be more effective! |

Very nice hotel. On the way to Granada. Swimming pool was a must and we loved it. Many restaurants (13 !?) down at the bottom of the hill. Eventually very easy to get to (Riofrio exit) The room air condition is stuck at 28 deg. This temprature is good for cooking. We changed to another room (no un side). no much difference. The hotel staff cannot do nothing about this and finds different excuses. The staff admitted that they have a problem at the 2nd floor. Well they are at the lobby with 22 deg air condition...., the truth is that they have some aircon problem at the 2nd floor and that they are just not fixing it ! |

Size of room We left earlier. Hotel is advertised as 4 star. It is not at all a 4 star hotel. Room smelled, breakfast was very poor. Location is really bad to access granada. Directions are incorrect. I am more thna dissapointed with this hotel. |

Gentillesse et service du personnel. cuisine simple, mais bonne. Table des petits déjeuners complête La propreté des chambres , principalement dans les endroits fermés (tiroirs, mini bar) |

La tranquilidad de estar en medio del campo. Están muy escasos de personal y mal avenidos (en pleno puente de la Inmaculada no puede estar la recepcionista poniendo desayunos en la cafetería). No es admisible que un hotel de 4 * ofrezca en el desayuno tipo buffet bollería industrial. El desayuno era poco variado, escaso, mal servido, ... Instalaciones comunes poco adecuadas o defectuosas, acceso complicado, etc. |

Vårt rum låg på baksidna av hotellet. mot järnvägen och tågen tutade väldigt högt. Detta trots att vi var ett fåtal gäster. Det fanns rum med utsikt över dalen lediga.Vi bodde på nedre botten och kunde inte ha fönstret öppet. Poolen var fylld och inbjudande,men grinden låst. |
