The grounds and the pools were lovely. The room was fairly basic in comfort and fittings and there were no movies available. The bathroom was nice. |

Nos hemos alojado en muchos hoteles, pero como este ninguno. Mucha limpieza, la comida muy buena, mucha tranquilidad, personal muy amable, las piscinas estan muy bien sobre todo para parejas con niños. No encontramos nada que no nos haya gustado. Es un hotel estupendo. |

Entre otras valoraciones, nos ha sorprendido la arquitectura del hotel con una excelente distribución del espacio de ocio y jardines, y sus magnificas habitaciones, todo en un ambiente de gran intimidad. |

Utbud av pooler (stora-små, djupa-grunda, uppvärmda-naturvarma), måltidider (vi valde halv pension pg små barn och det var stort utbud med olika rätter varje dag och samtidigt vissa basrätter som var standard. Man kunde alltid hitta ngt gott för alla.), arkitekturen (fantastisk), privat, full service. Stora härliga rum. Personlig personal som var duktiga. Mkt personal. Rummen är inte ljudissolerade. Lite slarv från viss personal för att vara 5 stjärnor (mitt i natten kom room service in i rummet med mat men till fel rum - ortoligt oprofessionellt hanterat). För mycket tyskar! Personalen tilltalade oss på tyska. Lite andra småsaker där de kunde bli bättre. |

Lo mejor del hotel es la estructura que tiene como si fuera un pueblecito canario....es acojedor no te sientes en un gran hotel sino como en tu propia casa y sales a cenar a la plaza del pueblo. Es increible la situación al lado del mar y las piscina que tiene. La comida para ser un cinco estrellas deja mucho que desear la calidad y la variedad del buffet. |

Realmente todo; el hotel, a nivel de instalaciones es muy bueno y lo mantienen en perfecto estado de limpieza de manera continua.Por otro lado, el personal del hotel es de una amabilidad incomparable, que hace que te sientas realmente cómodo. |

Todo excepto la cena del menu buffet. Hubiera preferido cenar en los restaurantes a la carta, pero a cambio de lo que ya has pagado por el menu bufet solo te ofrecen un 15% de descuento sobre los precios de la carta. Esto fue lo único que no me gustó, no me parece razonable. De haberlo sabido, no hubiera elegido media pensión. |
