Staff very friendly and accommodating at all times, cant wait to go back. Rooms very pleasent and the food was fantastic, loved the pool area and it was fab meet Jean Christophe Novelli!! No complaints what so ever! |

Friendly & Helpful staff who tried very hard to help us.Good dinner menu and the food was very good. Free minibar was a bottle of cold water and a bottle of Coca Cola but I didnt expect much more A pity that breakfast was from 08.00 as we needed to be away early but the evening staff tried to prepare something for us the evening before. No sky sports to watch the England gane but that was a marginal fault really |

we were only there 1 night, but it served our purpose to be in and around Puerto Banus. The hotel was somewhat close to the beach, but not really walking distance so we had to take our rental car. The price was great though. The hotel staff was extremely unknowledgeable about the area and its offerings. They were not able to make a recommendation for a good place to go for access to the beach or to eat dinner. Not very helpful at all. |

Nice pool. Some of the staff were very helpful. Despite my booking on booking.com, upon arrival, the hotel claimed not to have our reservation and refused to honor the rate that we confirmed on booking.com. This was despite me having a printed confirmation which included the rate. Because we arrived very late at night from the US and were traveling with small children, we had no choice but to accept the higher rate. |
