The hotel was value for money. The rooms were of a reasonable size, and well fitted out . The staff were helpful although their knowledge of any language other than spanish was limited. The breakfast was poor in comparison to hotels of a similar standard in Spain, with simply toast and a glass of fruit juice on offer. , |

The quality of the rooms. Everything looked new and clean. The man at the reception desk was very helpful and could speak some good English. Just the smoking in the bar which drifted upstairs and could be smelt around the hotel. |

Excellent service and welcoming. Nice location close to Playa del Somo, a truly amazing beach. Nice, spacious rooms. Quiet, peaceful location. Free parking. Free Internet access. Poor breakfast but on the other hand, with the low room cost we couldn´t ask for more. The heating did not work and due to this it became slightly cold during the night. |

The staff were very nice and very helpful. All of them. There is no food available....at all. Breakfast is coffee and cakes. Nothing else is available all day. Fine in dry weather but poor if it is raining...and it was. |

Instalaciones nuevas, de calidad, y muy bien cuidadas. Bien situado, a 10min de la playa, y en una zona tranquila. Personal muy amable. Merece la pena el desayuno continental servido en la cafetería del hotel. La habitacion era un poco pequeña (viajabamos con un niño). Hemos estado en otras ocasiones en el hotel, y sabemos que las hay mas grandes. |

El hotel es fantástico, con todas las comodidades posibles y todo nuevo, las habitaciones muy bonitas, el baño fantástico. Todo un lujo. El personal superagradable. Ideal para alojarse y visitar Santander y toda Cantabria. Lo recomendaré y por supuesto volveré. |

sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Hotelmitarbeiter an der Hotelrezeption, ruhige Lage, sauberes und angenehm geführtes Hotel. Abseits vom Trubel der Stadt Santander. Strand mit Bademöglichkeit in der Nähe. Mit einem Fahrzeug alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu erreichen. |

Amabilidad del personal del hotel y eficiencia del su director; pues nos mandó un correo para indicarnos la mejor ruta a seguir de Madrid a Loredo. Los desayunos buenos y baratos. Se oye la habitación de arriba cuando se duchan. |

Sobre todo me ha gustado la amabilidad del personal. La limpieza tambien es un punto a su favor. Una ubicacion con vistas al mar le vendria de perlas. No pude probar la piscina debido al tiempo, pero si lo hiciera me gustaria que tubiera por ejemplo un seto alrrededor, tanto para parar la brisa como para dar mas sensacion de privacidad. |

Para un tres estrellas ,que es nuevo y el parquin. las camas son incomodas, el ruido entre habitaciones se oye al vecino roncar y cuando va al baño. |
