This hotel was well located to the general area. It was very clean well decorated and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was terrible and on the one occassion we used it which was at 10.30am it was absolutely freezing cold. At €14 per person was a complete rip off compared to a full english breakfast in a 5 star hotel in the next town for €8. Apart from this one factor it was very good overall. |

The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. The reception staff were very efficient and proffesional and we would recommend this hotel for a short stay or a weeks break. We will be staying again. |

The bar was a very pleasant area with an attractive lounge and an outside terrace. The member of staff who served us (female) was friendly and made us welcome. Our room was large, comfortable and we had lovely views from our balcony.Room service breakfast was great and arrived on time. It is a very pleasant, modern, well furnished hotel and would definitely return. Good location too. Receptionist (male ) could have been friendlier, both on our arrival and departure. Negotiating the underground car park and its security system took some effort. Gold star of gratitutude to the gentleman (?hotel staff ) who helped us with our car. |

we have used the 525 on many occasions both for clients and general relaxing when we get a free night. quality of hotel and staff make it a very enjoyable experience. we only live half an hour away but it is perfect. |

The cleanliness of the hotel and room Atmosphere was a little 'cold'. Staff polite but distant. Could smell cigarrette smoke coming through the aircon one night (switched it off after that) |

A spacious and quiet room with a comfortable bed, the free roof-top Spa and well-designed cocktail bar with friendly, informative bar staff. The fact that the gourmet restaurant was closed and the very plain menu at the normal restaurant |

The contemporary feel of the room I stayed in. The bathroom was clean simple and shower worked properly (some hotels they don't actually have any water pressure). I liked that it was right in the locality of shops and restaurants. |

I thought the pool and bar areas were particularly nice,relaxing and very stylishly designed. On the night we arrived, the man at reception, while very polite did not smile at us and for me a smile is worth a thousand words. |

room clean , as was rest of building , good location in centre of resort Staff surly and unhelpful - asked for the steam room to be turned on (they ask for 20 mins notice) , met with blanket refusal , stated not possible until 5pm (it was 3.30pm). Staff unhelpful in seeking directions to a friends property we were supposed to be visiting |

The design of the hotel is fab, very modern and cool. Really classy place, beautiful big rooms, massive bed, bathroom lovely - definitely a 4 star in terms of look and feel... The balconies are extremely small, with no room for furniture, which would have been nice. Also, hotel is quiet in September - not much atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Food in the restaurant was not good - the menu was the 'Room Service' menu |

The rooms were pure luxury, every member of staff I encountered was extreamly polite and helpfull. I initialy booked into the hotel for one night at the beggining of my holiday in La Manga but I enjoyed it so much I checked out of La Manga early and stayed an extra two nights in the hotel. My only observation would be, I would have liked a wider choice of menu in the restaurant for dinner. |
