Excellent position for beach and bars and restaurants. Very comfortable, very good breakfast although evening meal looked rather expensive. Entertainment for all tastes in the evenings. |

The pool was very good with adequate loungers and seating. The room we had was very spacious and the chambermaids kept it very clean. We used the bar on only one occasion, we ordered sangria which was not very good, it was served in a plastic jug even though we were sitting in the lounge area not near the pool, the glasses were not very clean. |

Proximity to the beautiful beach at Los alcazares, and a good selection of bars and restauratns with in a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The Reception staff in partiucular were extremely unhelpful. I particularly asked for a sea view and believe I got the worst room in the hotel, with no sea view on a corner opposite a busy road and not even a balcony!! It was also a hotel that accomodated coach tours all of whom seemed to take over the bar /entertainment area at night.Also hated the very strong smell of air freshner everywhere. Have previously stayed at the Hotel 525 just along the road and although is also 4 star was far superior in room decor, customer service - which was professional and food.Would not stay here again. I did complete the customer service review at the hotel and posted it in the box at reception - however this was full to overflowing. |

Had a great relaxing holiday . Easy walk to beach. Near to airport. There was a beach football tornament on and the team players staying at the hotel were at times very noisy and disturea number of guests. Planes can be noisy. |

The hotel is comfortable. Its central. Its near the beach and promenade. I did not like the noise in the dining room. The foyer also seemed very noisy at times. But it wouldn't stop me from revisiting your hotel. We had a wonderful weekend. |

we stayed in room 322b and thought it was great.very nice and could be classed has posh.whilst our short stay it was my partners bithday and we enjoyed a compliementry champaign and chocs in our foom on return from nite out.age 33 and 32 |

Staff were friendly and helpful. This was not a 4star hotel. The food was very greasey. The entertainment was poor. The peace a quiet was shattered when the school party invade the pool area, driving all other customers away from the pool. The sound on Euro Sport did not work. |

The room was lovely and well maintained as were all public areas in hotel, pool, bar etc. Lovely restaurants directly across the steet within 2 minute walk. Diva really nice! Also a 2 minute stroll to the beach! Overall this is a good hotel and good value for money. Breakfast was included and there was a big selection but it wasn't very nice. They were slow to restock and not very helpful. I wouldn't eat there in the evening based on breakfast when there are nice places nearby |

very comfortable and relaxing the only thing to fault was the food selection for the evening meals, serve yourself buffet was poor on two out of the four night stay, perhaps a carvery may improve it? but we would return, and maybe not go half board |
