I like the general size of the hotel, people spread out! And the layout was great! 99% of the staff were great! Dont use the snack bar.....The staff in there are crap, ruined what would of been a great holiday! No service....unless you are spanish! |

Our hotel room was very nice and the hotel itself is very lovely. We had a fantastic view of the lush courtyard The staff were exceptionally respectul and helpful in so many ways; they were definitely our saving grace in getting around the area considering the location of the hotel to where we needed to get to! The gym was too too hot. We should be able to open the doors to the courtyard. However, the equipment was great.Our patio table was very wobbly making it difficult to eat from. |

The hotel was clean, had a nice pool and was quiet. The hotel was very difficult to find. The address given on booking.com was the highway exit, we had a gps and once we left the highway had to drive around a while before we spotted the hotel. |

En general muy bien. Las mejores habitaciones. 400. 402. 403. 404. Eva es la señorita que se hace cargo de las reservas y he de decir que se trata de una persona muy competente! El restaurante de la entrada si no recuerdo mal se llama oliva es fabuloso buenisima calidad y mejor precio. En la periferia del hotel muchisimas tiendas cines y hasta un wok con ancas de rana. Fabricas y que la playa de palmones la mas cercana parece radioactiva, pero ya les digo, me ha encantado. |

Es un hotel para descansar y disfrutar!La piscina,la ducha con hidromasage,hilo musical por los pasillos.Muy tranquilo pero no para largas estancias seria aburrido. Esataba muy aislado de cualkier cosas,necesidad de coger coche para salir fuera.Dificil acceso. |

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr schöne gepflegte Garten-Pool-Anlage, wirkte nicht überlaufen, reichliches Frühstücksbuffet, obwohl an der Autovia gelegen absolut ruhig Einrichtung etwas "angejahrt", Unser Zimmer hatte leider nur 2? Duschen dafür keine Badewanne. Nicht leicht zu finden - Abfahrt 113a Guadacorte nicht wie bei bookings angegeben Abfahrt 115 los Barrios |

Lo mejor, las zonas verdes y la piscina. El desayuno se puede mejorar y el personal agradable y muy atento con las necesidades de los huéspedes. Las habitaciones son algo austeras y los tabiques demasiado finos (nos tocó una pareja en la habitación contigua muy fervorosa por la noche). |
