The catering staff were most helpful. My wife has wheat allergy and they could not have been better in offering special items not on the menu to ensure that she had good meals. This applied from Head Chef down to serving staff. They were excellent and the only thing that redeemed this hotel for us considering the filthy conditions in the aparments.see below Firstly,it is too far from everywhere and not suitable for those with difficulty in walking (45mins into town). However, the biggest concern is the filthy state of the floors in all the apartments they were black and we had to ask for the cleaners to scrub them clean. Even then they were still dirty and feet got black walking from bed to bathroom in night! Towels were not changed frequently enough and always looked a dirty grey colour even when supposedly clean. The entire housekeeping staff let down the rest of the staff and other departments in this hotel. |

I really liked how the apt.s were far enough out of the busy town to have peace and quiet in the nights but only a 20 min.taxi away if you wanted to go in to the night life.the apt.s were huge, and as we requested a top floor with pool view we were in block 2 apt.211 with a pool view and a private roof terrace, which had stunning views of the mountains ant the city. We had to queue for umberellas and sun loungers every day at 8a.m..as there were only 20 umberella,s to the whole complex, which was crazy.the beds were locked up and not opened till half 9,which meant you had to wait over an hour and half.then the spanish would come down about eleven and just take beds(take the towels off themselves from people who were gone for bekkie or lunch)so there was quiet a few arguments. |

the apartments were gorgeous, very clen and spacious. pool was very big and always clean. it was about a 15minute walk to town centre, so it was quiet at night. food was lovely and supermarket had everything you need. pool bar stopped serving food at 7 and drink at 10 so maybe they do both until later than this. |

Overall I thought the hotel was fantastic value for money. I stayed 5 nights and the apartment was cleaned every day. It easily accomodated 3 adults without feeling too crowded. Reception staff were brilliant with sorting our excursions and checking in and out. We stayed all inclusive and I thought the food was lovely. There was always fresh fruit and salads available aswell as a hot option. The only thing i did not like was you could not use the table and chairs in the pool bar to eat or drink from the inclusive restaurant. You had to pay for drinks or snacks from here. As the small shows that were put on was at the pool bar, if we wanted to watch it we had to pay, even tho we had already paid extra to go all inclusive. A minor moan but nothing too serious!! |

The breakfast and the room. They only clean every other day, or something to that effect; thus our room was not cleaned during a two night stay. |

Big apartment, with large terrace. On a very steep hill. No evening entertainment, and nowhere to go within walking distance. Supermarket on site, but no fresh fruit/veg/salad available to buy. No kettle but you could hire one! |

It was clean. An ideal place for family with 1 kid but not more. the kitchenwares like spoon and fork were incomplete. only one wine glass!!! plates were not complete while it is meant for 4 persons apartment. The apartment was on the second floor therefore no nice view. Looking at the swimmingpool from the balcony. |

Clean, bright, comfortable accommodation. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideal for families, or persons seeking peace and quiet. Taxis always available outside the door. Will definitely stay there again. Only complaint is that on site supermarket was slightly understocked. Hopefully this may improve during the high season. |

The complex is comfortable and for my fiancee and I, far enough away from the cras beachfront of southern Tenerife to truly relax and enjoy the spring sun. The rooms were spacious and offered basic homely comforts without the premium price. Some persons would not like the distance that this hotel is from the city centre and therefore the beach. If you want to be close to chav ville so that you can "big it up" and then stumble home - this place is not for you. Similarly, if walking 2 odd kilometres home after dinner on poorly illuminated streets is a mission too far, either cab it or stay somewhere closer to the hive of activity. |

Nice resort, good value for the money, spacey and sunny apartment, relatively clean, great for families. Make sure you ask for room away from main road (motorway), one we got was quite noisy (road traffic at all times)... |

Good value for winter season accomodation, well equiped kitchen, but no microwave and aircondition. The room we got was up in the high area zone. We must drag up our luggage. After hours there was only security staff in front office with no English at all. |

1) Low price 2) Excellent transport arrangement to the airport 1) Local bus stop missing. 2) Too many facilities we don't need (big apartment, outdoor area incl.swimming pool, kitchen, etc..) |
