Appartement de 40m2 au rdc, très propre, avec grande terrasse arborée, très agréable dotée d'un barbecue, tout le confort nécessaire et tous les accesoires pour la cuisine, bonne literie et pièces spacieuses. Bon accueil et calme. Un gros point noir avec l'eau chaude: le ballon d'eau chaude de 20 ou 30 litres situé sous l'évier de la cuisine est bien trop petit pour deux personnes qui doivent se laver et faire la vaisselle, et il doit avoir un problème de fonctionnement (calcaire?) Nous ne pouvions prendre qu'une douche de 1 minute d'eau chaude seulement! C'est inenvisageable vis à vis du prix pratiqué de ne pas avoir cette commodité de base. |

La habitación estaba a pie de calle y había una falta de aislamiento con el exterior, tanto en ruido, luz y temperatura. Eso agravado con que había una obra justo en el edificion contiguo, a partir de las 8:30am era imposible dormir. |
