nice suites/ rooms in a form of charming houses, spa - uncrowded after 7pm, relaxing place, good point for hiking, excellent dinner it is isolated, no cafes around and places to go out, a car needed (better a small one since streets are narrow and mountains to go through) |

Schöne Anlage mit gutem Swimmingpool. Angenehme und grosse Zimmer. Nette und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter. Standort im Quartier an der Nordküste ok, leider kein Sandstrand, aber viel viel besser als im Süden Teneriffas! Die Küche war einmal sehr sehr gut, das nächste Mal unterdurchschnittlich. Konstanz auf hohem Niveau würde Hotel besser positionieren. |

Además de la tranquilidad del lugar la piscina era climatizada y su mobiliario era cómodo. Varias cosas: desayuno de escasa calidad y variedad para un hotel de esta categoría. Los folletos con información de senderismo por la zona sólo los tienen editados en alemán. El servicio de restaurante para la cena es muy lento (más de 25 minutos entre plato y plato a pesar de no estar lleno el salón). Cuando vas a pagar en lugar de darte una copia en papel para que compruebes si los gastos son correctos te lo dicen en voz alta, aunque haya otros clientes delante en la recepción. Es un hotel pensado exclusivamente para turismo alemán. |

Ante todo el trato dado por todos los empleados del hotel, excelentes profesionales. La amplitud de sus habitaciones y la tranquilidad y el silencio que había en él. Las cenas son de alto nivel. Espero que continuen así, Lo malo es que con estos comentarios se llenará de gente y ya no será lo mismo, jejejeje. No, creo que es un hotel buenisimo. |

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Man spricht deutsch. Im Hotel werden mehrere kostenlose Zusatzleistungen angeboten (Sauna, Bademäntel/Tücher, Wanderkarten usw.). Die Küche ist vorzüglich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht auf Strandurlaub aus ist. |

Das Hotel liegt äußerst ruhig, und die Anlage ist so gestaltet, dass man auch durch andere Urlauber nicht gestört wird. Die Architektur der kleinen Appartementhäuschen passt sich sehr gut in die Landschaft ein, die Gartenanlagen mit einheimischen Pflanzen werden liebevoll gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal verhält sich äußerst hilfsbereit. |

La luminosidad y amplitud de las habitaciones, la piscina es fantástica, pero sobre todo es un lugar donde se respira un ambiente muy tranquilo que invita al relax. la poca variedad y monotonía del menu del desayuno, a poco se esfuercen puede mejorarse. Por cierto, el acceso por las escaleras las habitaciones a partir del nº 30 resulta algo duro. |

Nettes kleines gut geführtes Hotel im Norden von Teneriffa. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam, nett und liebenswert. Auf Grund der guten Deutschkenntnisse der Angestellten gab es keine Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Ich glaube gelesen zu haben, dass das Hotel einen eigenen Tennisplatz hat. Dem war nicht so. Für die Freunde des Tennissports wäre es schön zu wissen, dass sich bei dem Platz um einen Hartplatz (Beton) handelt, der pro Stunde mit 3,- Euro berechnet wird. |

Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten. Het hotel is niet te groot en het ligt ideaal voor mensen die van rust en wandelen houden. Het aanbod aan restaurants in de buurt van het hotel is laag maar het hotel heeft zelf een zeer goed restaurant. |
