The help from Jose Maria was wonderful and kind and the hotel was in a great location once you found it. We had great difficulty finding the hotel and how to park but once we abandoned the car it was better. The evening reception person was not helpful nor kind. |

May/June 2009 - The hotel has a good central location in Plaza Bib Ramblas and although our room faced the Plaza it was not noisy. The restaurants close by where not great but you could not go wrong with churros con chocolate!!! Within 5 minutes walk north or east you could find great tapas. The Hotel was nice and clean I would have no problem recommending it. |

The double room had great views over the square and to the top of the cathedral. The hotel's location was excellent. The staff we dealt with were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. A little street noise at night but worth putting up with for its location. We also had a single room at the back of the hotel which although quieter was quite basic. |

the location was good The room was smaller than small, and so dark... the patio that they show on the site is very very small only enough for two chairs and the staff wasn't very helpful... |

In Sevilla, the hotel is very comfy and located on a wonderful square with restaurants, shops, etc. It is conveniently close to train station, and airport bus connection, and of course the Alhambra. |

Great location, near the cathedral. Excellent tapas next door plus one. Small terrace on 4th floor with lovely view of Alhambra. Very small bathroom but otherwise just fine. |

Its location is absolutely superb right in the center of old Granada and next to the mighty cathedral. Rooms with a view to the Birrambla square are hard to beat when it comes to experience old spanish charm. Yes on our stay there was an aggressive unpleasant smell of some kind of cleaning detergent in the stairs and reception of the hotel. There was also no heating in the room despite a very cold april-day outside. |

The hotel was very clean, very central, right beside the Capella Real and the Cathedral. The terrace on the 4th (top) floor was great as you could look out on the Plaza Bib-Rambla, a beautiful fountain and the life of the square from the peace and quiet of the hotel.. The staff were all friendly and polite., If you need a tea or coffee first thing in the morning like one of my party does, a teamaking facility in the bedroom would be very nice. I know this does not seem to be the norm in many countries but it must be a drawback for some tourists, not to have the facility to make hot drinks in the bedroom., |

Very pleasant place, situated in the very heart of the city, on a animated square. The price is also very attractive. |

The location of the hotel is ideal for a quick visit to Granada, less than 100 metres to the Cathedral, a view of the Alhambra and the snow on the Sierra Nevada, as well as the Bib-rambla square, from the roof top terrace. Our room was quiet, comfortable and well servied by the housekeeping staff. It needs a bit of money spending on it: there was a constant smell of (3 in 1?) oil, from the lift probably; the corridor carpets need replacing; the towels don't dry simply move the water around you. It does suffer in comparison to an Ibis hotel in England for example, apart from one essential thing for a weekend visit: the location as mentioned. |

The staff, in particular the cleaning staff and reception desk personnel (Jose Maria, Sergio, and Laura) were very friendly and accomodating. Also, the view from the terrace was breathtaking: we went out on the terrace every day, even when it was raining. The view from our room was also lovely, if you appreciate the aesthetics of roof architechtue. The plaza, shops, and restaurants were a plus. One reception desk clerk was not friendly and always seemed to be bothered when approached. We never learned his name. |

The best thing about the hotel is the 4th floor balcony where you can sit and relax, overlooking the flower market in the Plaza de Bib-Rambla. |

The very nice location. The big room with a the splendid view on the plaza Birramblas and even the Alhambra. The bed was not very good. The noise from outside and from other guests: At 1 AM a group of noisy guests; At 2 AM the glass container in front of the hotel had been emptied; At 3 AM noisy people on the square; Between 4 and 5 AM garbage truck on the plaza; From 6 AM the cleaning of the Plaza. Put your earplugs in or ask for another room, with less view... |
