the staff were very friendly,the hotel was a genuine 4 star in all aspects,the restaurant was excellent and the set menu very good value.i would certainly return to this hotel and recommend it to others. |

Almost a five star experience for the price of a three star hotel. Good breakfast, free wifi in the room, very spacious and comfortable beds Very far from the center of town although a a godd free shuttle service takes you there for free, except on Sundays. No water in the pool until July. |

We had a wonderful stay the staff we terrfic and very friendly. The use of the shuttle bus into the centre of Santiago was a great facility. both drivers Jose and Alfonso give friendly advice and took great care of us. The hotel gardens were beautiful and lent to the peace and comfort of the hotel. the walk from the hotel into the city was an easy track and give a sense of the place. |

Very nice, like the transfer bus and helpful staff An uninspiring gym and the swimming pool was green!! We were thinking of using both but didn't. You could at least position the running machine so that you can see out or maybe put a mirror opposite. |

Spacious rooms with facilities of a five star Hotel. Although within walking distance of the centre for us (approx 45 mins) some folks might find it difficult with the courtesy bus not running on Sundays. |

The hotel itself is very beautiful. Very elegant and luxurious feel, great interiors, large room with view. Staff: very helpful. Easy access to the city center by shuttle bus. Affordable luxury. Recommended!! |

Brilliantly kept rooms and public areas. Large spacious rooms and excellent quality linen. Very peaceful though be careful about families over weekend, kids are noisy No way to eat dinner before 8.30 pm not catering to international travellers, |

Great hillside location, with well appointed rooms and a pleasant, airy lounge/bar area. Courtesy bus was excellent and drivers very helpful. Found difficulty in controlling air conditioning in bedroom. |

Comfortable beds reception staff not helpful and quite rude, hotel is in an awkward spot to find and directions supplied were not specific. Pool was not opened some days even tho high season. Overall would not really recommend it as a base for Santiago |

The bedroom. A large comfortable bed. Decent reading lights. // Once windows shut you could not hear the traffic noise. Breakfast looked really dreary from the glass fronted lift, all you saw was a few bits of cake. Needs rethinking.// if you arrive at Plazia Galicia for a bus you do not know if it has just gone or coming, even if you phone it could be an hour before it comes. Gastly arrangement. /Drivers very pleasant and helpful. / a bus timetable would have irritated less clients, duty manager not visible. |
