Cabrales is 25 minutes away by car, along a beautiful road, where you can visit the cave where the Cabrales cheese is elaborated and go up to the village of Bulnes, which can only be accessed by funicular or by foot and there you can see some stunning views of Bulnes’ Naranjo.
The Jurassic Museum (MUJA) is located between Colunga and Lastres, 20 minutes from Cangas de Onis.
The Cider Museum is in Nava, 35 km away.
The Mining Museum in Langreo, 50 km away, is a must as you get to visit the mining area itself and receive a detailed description of a coal mine.

Travel information

From the airport of Asturias, take highway A66 towards Gijón. Without entering Gijón, take the detour to Santander (A8 highway). Exit the highway at km number 326, direction Cangas de Onís. Once in road N-634, follow direction Ribadesella-Arriondas and then the N-625 direction Arriondas-Cangas de Onís.
