the room was rather small but well equipped, very nicely furnished and very pleasant; the breafast buffet was rich , the staff extremely cordial and helpful. we enjoyed the hotel very much. the breakfast was a bit expensive |

El personal muy amable. Nos guardaron las maletas el dia que nos fuimos hasta la tarde. El hotel está limpio aunque es un poco viejo. La relacion calidad/precio. Sin duda, por tamaño, mobiliario e instalaciones de las habitaciones, le sobra una estrella. No lleveis demasiadas cosas para cargar (tlf, portatil, ipod, etc) porque solo hay un enchufe y está en el baño. |

Instalaciones funcionales y bien conservadas, personal excelente y profesional. Buen aislamiento acústico importante en un hotel de centro en una gran avenida. Aire acondicionado ajustable por el cliente. Como en casi toda Granada, el parking caro, 17,50 la noche. Pero es lo que hay, en los públicos aún es más caro. |

De la Internet Free (wi-fi), del conforto, de la simpatia de los empleados y ubicación. Mejorar la señal de wi-fi en las habitaciones que ha sido la principal razón porque me he quedado en este hotel por tener wi-fi free. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado de este hotel es el magnifico trato del personal. No consideraria este hotel como un hote de 4*. Las paredes de las habitaciones parece que fuesen de papel, se esccha absolutamente todo. Las habitaciones son mas bien pequenas y las camas estan separadas por una mesita de noche sujea a la pared, por lo que si vas en pareja olvidate de romaticismo. No esta tan cerca del centro como parece. En general mi nota seria un 6.5. |

La limpieza de la habitación. Su situación a diez minutos de paseo del centro atravesando una avenida muy bonita. Camas muy cómodas. CB amplio. Posibilidad de aparcar en los alrededores sin problemas teniendo en cuenta que era Semana Santa (hospital, C/Dr Guirao etc). Personal amable facilitando información. |

la habitación esta bien y es bastante grande ademas me dieron balcón con unas vista a sierra nevada, hay una parada de autobuses muy cerca practicamente al lado del hotel.Aunque el hotel esta centrico. No me gusto el olor que despedia el cuarto de baño a cañerias |
