la discrétion, la compétence du personnel. La propreté est parfaite. Le confort excellent. Ma suggestion serait : plus de sourire de la part du personnel serait appréciable .... ce serait tellement plus agréable. |

Le calme du Monastère. Le manque de lecture de ma demande avant d'y arriver. Et la chambre ne correspondant pas aux photos. Un certain manque de professionnalisme d'un receptionniste de cet hotel. |

Un authentique monastère , bien entretenu au confort sobre mais réel et un restaurant très intéressant, un charme certain prés du centre ville. L'absence de décoration dans les chambres. |

les chambres sont tellement proches les unes des autres que l'on entend son voisin ronfler!!!les portes claquent, beaucoup trop bruyant et manque totalement de charme! |

Le gros soucis c'est, outre le parking, le bruit si vous êtes logés sur les chambre avec terrasse qui donnent sur l'arrière. En effet l'hotel jouxte à ce niveau un terrain de sport où, fidèles à leur vie nocturne les habitants du quartiers disputent des match de foot jusqu'à point d'heure! 55(Passé minuit) l'insonorisation est de piètre qualité ! |

The friend who was sharing the room said that having been a monastery and feeling like one made her feel safe and secure while in a strange city...she's catholic. I just liked the idea and also it was unique as well as clean and comfortable and the price was easy on the budget. One of the staff told us to take the wrong bus to get toAlhambra and wasn't all that helpful generally...we were afraid to ask for help after that and figured out on our own how to get to the bus station. Another staff was a little more helpful and ran us a copy of one of the bus schedules...Although not discourteous, when you are on your own in a foreign country, it's nice to feel more welcomed so that piece could use a little work. |

The style of the halls, central court we particularly pleasing (and photogenic). The beds were very comfortable. Other guests have complained of the sound from the school yard but the shutters we're a good barrier for us. luggage storage after checkout Pillows very soft. Dining room opened 15 minutes late for dinner (front desk called to have them open). There was a wedding being prepared so perhaps that delayed them. An improvement (not a dislike) would be a tracking system to ensure guests leaving their luggage in the provided storage area do not take luggage belonging to others. |

The site, personnel, our room´s ceiling. Unfortunately booking.com did not transmit to the hotel our request for 2 beds so instead of giving us a junior suite on the 3rd floor that they had reserved for us which had a double bed , we got a room on the first floor which faced one the loudest, busiest streets in Santa Cruz |

We liked the environment of the hotel, well situated near the centre of the city. The lights at the wall of the restaurant shined awfully cold. We had the feeling sitting in a snackbar. The music was awfull, some radio station with talking and "music", not really music to accompany a nice dinner, the food was very good. In the morning the radio was still on, |

it was central, within easy walking distance of the city centre, it was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and polite. room was on the same floor as the restaurant and was woken one morning by noisy guests going for breakfast (minor point) |

Ve ry good place near the city center but generaly very quite. Historical from outside but fully renovated inside, this was rather surprising. A good facility is that it is located very close to the Conference center. |

The looks of the hotel are great, the location is good and the room was clean. Staff was ok (2 out of 3). Would recommend, good value for money. Our bathroom and parts of the hotel smelled bad from time to time. We think it had to do with the river next to the hotel. Also, more and more ants came to colonise our room. |
