The apartment is in the middle of the city centre, on a busy street and a very convenient location for shopping and siteseeing. Noisy due to the street but not too noisy. Apartment is ok for 2 people, nicely decorated although very ikea. Beds are good. Nothing present to make cofee or tea, very unusual and easy to fix. Too little coat-hangers, just 5 for 2 girls. Also easy to fix..... Be aware that there are 3 apartments in this building, and only 1 (the top one) has the balcony. We just had open doors, also nice but quite different. And yes, if you are very old or have a very poor condition the stairs might be a bit much, but we were ok |

relatively larger room than a normal hotel room but never recommend this property. If you have to stay here, never forget to bring your roamed cell phone, otherwise you can't even get in the building. Shortage of hot water!! I had to take a cold shower in the morning and evening. I called a staff, but they didnt speak English and finally replied, 'i don't know. there's nothing i can do.' what the Fxxx. How dare could he say like that to the guest? No internal phone, I spent extra money to contact staff. |

the place of the hotel is very good, there are lots of resturants and grocery stores and lundary .there are washing machine and kitchen, the person handling the apartments is nice and helpful one. there are no lifts and I had to carry my luggage 2 bags of 30 kg each plus 2 bags of 15 kg all by my own three floors, I am lucky I am still reltively young otherwise I would have harteattack no question.there was a bad smell in the bathroom, and there was noise at night till late time |

Great location. Very nice apartment. I don´t know if it was only a temporary problem, but there was a disgusting smell coming from the toilet. We could not access the wi-fi, there was no information in the apartment. We asked for it, but most of the times it was not visible and the password was not the one they gave us, so we gave up, since for two days I didn´t want to spend more money asking for it with my mobile. |

présence de la terrasse. et localisation dans la ville Les serviettes n'ont pas été changées, aurait aimé avoir aliment de base tel que sel, poivre, sucre, huile etc. propreté de l'appartement laisse à désirer un peu |

La situación es privilegiada. El apartamento resulta un espacio muy versátil y confortable para dos personas. Muy luminoso, el ruido de la calle no llega a ser molesto para el descanso, ni siquiera en fin de semana. Solamente echamos en falta 3 o 4 detalles menores entre la cocina y material de limpieza (abrelatas, sartén plana, recogedor...). Bien equipado en general. |

Dieses Apartment war der absolute Hammer!!!!! Wir waren im 4. Stock, hatten eine Maisonette-Wohnung mit dachterrasse, wirklich mitten in Madrid, im Ausgeh- und Szeneviertel sol, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro- Station, Bars, Kneipen, Clubs, etc. Die ultimative Unterkunft für Städtereisende! Selbstverpflegung ist auch kein Problem, Küche voll ausgestattet, Supermarkt quasi um die Ecke! |

Très bien situé, en plein centre du Madrid historique et dans un quartier très animé. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé ( wifi, ac, toutes commodités ... ). Le revers de la médaille d'être dans un quartier animé : c'est assez bruyant. |

En el mismo centro de Madrid, a 300 metros de la puerta del sol y en una zona de copas No tiene ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas. No es tan grande como figura en las fotos pero su ubicación compensa . Nosotros repetiremos. |

L'appartamento era posizionato in una zona splendida, giusto dietro a Puerta del Sol. Nonostante il fine settimana le stradine sotto casa erano piene di gente e musica, la notte si dormiva benissimo. Comodo sia che si arrivi con l'aereo sia che si arrivi con il treno. Consigliato a coppie giovani e meno giovani. Il personale è splendido. |

Es un apartamento muy nuevo y muy bien situado. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para tu estancia y además una decoración muy moderna. Faltan persianas en el comedor, ya que si duermes en el sofa cama entra mucha luz. Tenia el tubo de la ducha roto y se salía el agua. |

El alojamiento en el ático es tranquilo con respecto al ruido y la terraza es fantástica.. La persona de contacto fue muy amable. Aunque ya sabía que no tenía ascensor esperaba que hubiera habido alguien para ayudarnos con el equpaje. El horno lo habría cambiado por un lavavajillas. |
