There is nothing Hight Tech about this hotel. Promotional pictures are misleading and overall design is tacky. We were severely disappointed upon our arrival. |

The staff was flexible when I wanted to change rooms. The crew didn't speek english appropiately (just the manager), the bar was often closed and expensive. The location is not so excellent, the metro is approximately 10 minutes walk.The triple room was not approriate for 3 adult persons, and the wall of the next building was the only view from the room and the toilet had glass wall. |

The Staff of reception didnt know for what whe payed, we had special pack to go out late, breakfast on room, etc... i had to say them what i have, cause they call me at 12 asking if we leave at 12 and i sayed them that we have longer check out. |

Excellent facilities included in the price, with a well designed room and a central location in Madrid, close to the metro. Laptop and 24 hours access to internet were really useful. No air conditioning working by the middle of March, in spite of the warm weather (over 25 degrees Celsius). |

Staff where helpfull. Rooms where really clean. Was easy access to different areas There is alot of work going on in the area Road works & also in the building next door. |

We had an ipod dock, dell laptop, lcd tv and cool atmosphere lightning all in the room. Really nice staff and good location. |

Relatively quiet hotel which was good. Laptop was provided in room which was a great facility. Bedrooms were extremely hot and very difficult to lower temperature. Like a sauna! |

Da localização privilegiada no centro da cidade, do Design do Hotel, especialmente da decoração dos quartos e de haver um computador portátil por quarto com acesso à internet. A falta de estacionamento no hotel e a dificuldade de estacionar à porta do mesmo. Na primeira noite ficamos num quarto maior, que estava adaptado para deficientes e como tal não tinha base de chuveiro o que criou uma autentica inundação da casa de banho quando fui tomar banho porque o sistema de escoamento de águas estava semi entupido. Reclamei na recepção e cederam-me de imediato outro quarto. |

- Localização central, zona tranquila; quartos espaçosos, design moderno com computador no quarto com acesso gratuito à Internet; cofret do quarto de banho super completo o que para um fim de semana com bagagem de mão se torna excelente. |

Céntrico y confortable, y con portátil en la habitación con acceso a Internet. Desayuno bastante completo. Aunque en nuestro caso no disponíamos de coche, el no tener parking puede ser un inconveniente. |

A possibilidade de ficarmos 4 pessoas (adultos) no mesmo quarto com conforto e a localização fantástica deste hotel, inserido no melhor bairro de Madrid (Salamanca). O atendimento não foi o melhor. |

El personal Que la foto de la habitación principal no se correspondía en absoluto con la realidad. Que haciendo frio, no había calefacción solo aire acondicionado frío y que el Cuarto de baño ofrecía nada de intimidad porque toda una pared era de cristal transparente. Incomodisimo |

La situación, es muy comoda y muy buena, el personal es agradable. Es un "quiero y no puedo" intentan parecer de "diseño" pero mas bien lo que han buscando es el "minimo costo" en muebles e instalaciones, muy oscuro, con poca luz y luego es muy incomodo , al no disponer de espacio suficiente para colocar los objetos personales, sobre todo en el baño, tienen que estar al lado del lavabo y cada vez que se abría el grifo,como era una lavabo de "diseño entre comillas" saltaba todo el agua sobre todos los objetos, son muy tacaños con el gel de ducha y jabones, dejan un botecito para 4 personas |

La ubicación es buena, y el trato del personal también. El diseño de las habitaciones es totalmente ridículo. La luces de neón azules por debajo de la cama estilo lupanar, la pila del cuarto de baño plana y cuadrada, incomodísima, los mandos de la ducha necesitan unas instrucciones como el W.C. de "2001 Una odisea del espacio". Además, el hecho de que las paredes del cuarto de baño sean de cristal, hace que no disfrutes de la intimidad necesaria, más aún si vas de trabajo y compartes la habitación con un compañero. |
