Great location for our visit. We went to Madrid for a football match and the Bernabeu Stadium was about 15 minute walk away. Would use the hotel again |

The hotel was modern and clean with first rate facilities.It was ideally situated close to the Metro, local shops and bars.The staff were very helpful,courteous and respectful.The buffet breakfast was excellent and was provided in pleasant surroundings. I would certainly return to this hotel and recommend it to others. |

comfort,cleanliness,close to metro station,buffet breakfeast very good. The hotel advertises a set meal for clients at 25euros, but when we reserved a meal one night we were told that the 25euros menue was only available up to 4.00pm. The meal we had was quite expensive at 95euros. the resturant charged me 18euros for one brandy which was very excesive, when I complained I was told that it was the correct charge. We will not use this hotel again because of these excesive food and drink charges. |

Very comfortable rooms. Easy commute to city centre via the metro station 2 mins from hotel. Cafe's menu and atmosphere were disappointing. |

I like very much the breakfast in the garden /terace and the sound of water faling in the fountain.Also the internal garden.The subway is very close to the hotel |

Well equipped room, nice staf and good breakfast. Dysfunctional air conditioning - only two settings -either a 17degree blast or OFF, despite the setting od 23degrees on the controller. Same problem in winter with the heating - very hot or OFF. Opening the balcony door OK except for the noisy (at 1-2am) appartments next door. Staying ther in autumn or spring probably best. |

Quiet room The week I stayed there was very cold and the room heating was either too hot and windy or wouldn't switch on without calling the front desk. The upper 100cm of the room was >25 degrees and the lower part 15 degrees. Thsi proble is probabluy due to the Spanish lack of experience with cold weather. |

Nice big room Bathroom to small, and breakfast far too expensive. It said that it served breakfast until 11am. we arrived at 10.20 and there was no food left and the staff were very aggressive and unhelpful. Would never use this hotel for food again. |

tiene una estancia agradable , el personal del hotel es muy profesional y tiene un buen bufet de desayuno estuvimos en una habitación triple y la tercera cama dejaba mucho que desear ya que era plegable y el colchón finisimo. |

La calidad de las habitaciones es francamente buena. El desayuno muy agradable, aunque es hasta las 10,30h. y a partir de las 10,00h. ya comienzan a faltar cosas en el buffet que no son repuestas. Muy cómodo el disponer de parking en el mismo hotel y gratuito para los que reservamos con Booking. La no reposición de faltas en el buffet. |

Buena ubicacion ty trato bueno por parte del personal El ascensor que accede al hotel desde el garaje el primer día no puedes utilizarlo con el trastorno de andar con las maletas por la calle. Una vez que te registras ya puede utilizarlo. Una cosa incomprensible para un hotel de 4 estrellas. |
