Excellent hotel. Fantastic location for Madrid Atocha train station, really helpful staff and a lovely room. The room was spotlessly clean and a good size, the toiletries were lovely and there was a balcony. Although it overlooked the road the triple glazing meant that noise was not a problem at all. Breakfast was a little overpriced but there were instant and constant refills of everything. |

How close it is to everything in Madrid, the big Atocha train station, the Metro, the other places to see in Madrid. We were at the hotel only one night, in between a trip to another place but I liked the hotel |

Liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast. However if breakfast is not included in the price, don't bother, you can find better in a cafe. Small rooms and beds on wheels very unstable. There is a little handle to block the wheels but the beds were still moving. |

La ubicación es inmejorable, enfrente de la estación de Atocha. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y rico. El baño está muy bien preparado (con geles y demás) y es fácil aclimatar la habitación. El ascensor es un poco pequeño para subir con maletas. Las camas se mueven por las ruedas, aunque las bloquees. La habitación era quizá un poco pequeña y daba a un patio interior, pero eso es lo de menos. Se puede descansar perfectamente. |

Petit déjeuner buffet bien garni, fruits frais ; métro à l'entrée de l'hotel, pratique pour visites dans le centre historique. bruit de talons dans le couloir dans la nuit. Un tapis dans le couloir pourrait atténuer le bruit. |

La ubicación y el mobiliario, que es moderno. Estaba muy limpio. Las habitaciones eran pequeñas y la cama también. Sólo nos pusieron champú, gel y jabón...no gorro de ducha, ni maquinillas de afeitar, ni costurero... |

El desayuno bufet y la ubicación. Las instalaciones estaban regular. Nos dieron una habitación con la persiana rota y una segunda con el enchufe del baño roto. En el armario ¡las perchas no cabían si no se ponen de lado! con lo cuál cada vez que se corrían las puertas se atascaban con las perchas. |
