그란비아역에서 100미터 떨어진 곳이며 푸에르타 델 솔은 약 500미터, 프라도 미술관은 약 1,5킬로미터, 스페인 광장은 2키로 거리여서 도심여행이 편리하다. 유럽식 엘리베이터를 경허말 수 있어 좋았고 아침부페가 단조로우나 맛이 깔끔. 무선인터넷 가능. 복도소음, 옆방 화장실 소음이 잘 들려 불편함. 샤워부스가 좁고 화장티슈, 샤워캡,비누, 샴푸, 빗 등의 소모품이 다소 부족. 호텔에 부대시설이 전혀 없고 로비도 좁아서 다소 답답함. 게이 프렌들리여서 다소 낯섬. |

What I'd like is that it was nearby Gran Via and the Metro on walking distance. The room was smaller than it seems on internet. The shower maked the room smaller because it is build in the room.Although the breakfast was good you had to go 2doors outside to get your breakfast. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent for walking around Historic Madrid. Also, there are many Metro stops close to the hotel. No one helped with my heavy suitcases. |

I liked the situation of the hotel in Chueca, the old elevator and the nice bathroom. The minibar is included in the pirce which is very nice I did not like the poor airconditioning and the wall across the window. Not every room has this, the rooms at front of the hotel are a bit smaller, but have a nice streetview with opening doors. Next time i would ask for that room altough that bathroom has less privacy. |

The location was great, right off Gran Via. The rooms were quite boutique in style, making them different, but nice. While the room was small, the plan and use of light and mirrors made it feel quite big. The little balcony was great, especially to see all the life of Madrid go by you. Also, internet was included, which should be the way it is in all upper level hotels. The room came with a computer to use also (I did have a laptop with me, but it was nice to know there was a back-up). The bathrooms were the new 'glass' style, but at least they had a mural through the middle level, otherwise it would be weird to share the room while wanting some privacy. |

Very central location. Very noisy, the constant ringing of the lift opposite my door made sleep impossible, people smoked on the non smokeing floor and staff did nothing about this. Bed was two singles pushed together and of very poor quality. |

pc in every room. with internet acces. no need to cry my pc with me. located in city centre, design and cheap. Habitat styl - so not expensive furniture but chosen with taste- spain has excelent design hotels. beter than enywhere else Salut to spanish architects i got value for the money a spend |

location, friendly & helpful staff, very good breakfast, we stayed in a very spacious family room with free internet + PC on 4th floor at the street-side noise (from inside and outside), but not too bad |

location central, rooms clean, breakfast buffett good Over priced basic accommodation, very very noisey, air conditioning poor, glass en suite unsuitable except for solo traveller. No obvious evidence of facilities as described on web page, maybe these are available off site. |

Good location right next to Gran Via Metro and walking distance to all major sights. clean modern nicely decorated rooms, safe in room, friendly english speaking staff, excellent shower triple room on the small side for 3 girls, one was a fold out bed not suitable for tall people! glass bathroom door made loud creaking noise everytime we opened/closed it and had no lock, very thin pillows |
