J'ai apprécié le cadre de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont meublées de façon très moderne avec un style japonisant, c'est très bien. J'étais au dernier étage et il y avait un bruit de fond de ventilation. |

assez proche d'une station de métro (5 mn de marche) - 30 mn du Prado (donc du centre) porte à porte - petit déjeuner très copieux et servi de 8h à 12h - mini bar gratuit et renouvelé - calme chambres un "peu" étriquée - centre de fitness fermé - parking + cher que annoncé sur le site (20 euros) |

The hotel was good located close to a subway (metro) station and not very far from the airport. The breakfast was one of the best I've eaten in Europe so far and it was possible to have it until late in the morning. The room was very clean, comfortable and bright. The room service worked very well and when I needed some one to clean a broken glass, they came very quickly. The moisturizer they have for guests smells incredible good. And we also have the opportunity to have anything from the minibar and don't pay for it. We went to the bar and there was no one there, so we had to go to the reception and ask for someone to help us there. The hotel is a bit far from the touristic part of Madrid, so we couldn't go walking. We had to take the subway (metro as they call), there they have some touristic tickets that are cheap, for an entire day you pay only EUR 5.30. |

We liked the size of the bedroom. The bed was a 6ft 6 and very comfortable. Big bathroom I noticed we only got one key to the room, 1 bathrobe, 1 pair slippers in a double room. The breakfast buffet was very poor. |

The best is the freee minibar. The room service was quick and with high quality. The whole room style was very convenient (f.e. large beds, nice sofa, flat scren, modern bathroom). I had to insist to get the price from booking.com, as they came up with a higher price. |

the room was big, the bathroom in green marble was very nice. it was very clean, very functional. The receptionist was very nice. There is a very good brasilian restaurant opposite side of the hotel. the outside of the hotel is not great. But you forgot it once in the hotel. |

This hotel is in a convenient location, although a brief 8hr stay, friendly staff, clean facilities, complimentary minibar albiet only a couple of soft drinks but the gesture is nice. Free wifi is not free and the rate shown in the room guide isn't what you get charged. |

Hotel stuff was really nice. They explained to us everything we asked about. Our room was always very clean. The room was very comfortable and good looking. This hotel is very close to the metro station.It was really worth to go stay there for that price. The view outside of the window wasn't really nice. We could see old, dirty buildings and fire stairs. |

Relación calidad precio... La habitación amplia con todos los servicios de un 4 estrellas, minibar gratuito, alargan la estancia hasta la tarde... bien completo y a un precio razonable para ser Madrid Nada en general, en las plantas bajas puede generarse ruidos por el tráfico pero es asumible. |

Das Zimmer wäre für einen Alleinreisenden ok gewesen. Wer seinen Laptop dabei hat, kann mit einem Verbindungskabel gutes Kino machen, da es einen ziemlich großen Plasmafernseher gab. Die Anbindung an die Metro war gut. Es gibt auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Keine deutsche Fernsehprogramme, Kommunikation meistens in Englisch. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da es uns für 16,50 € pro Pers. Zu teuer war. Wir sind lieber kostengünstiger in die nächsten Cafes gegangen und haben somit auch gleich die Gewohnheiten der Madridbewohner mitbekommen. Das Bett im Doppelzimmer hatte leider keine geteilte Matraze und es gab keinen erholsamen Schlaf, dazu klapperte auch ständig das Aussenrollo. Einen Safe gab es auch nicht sowie evtl. Weingläser für die MInibar. Auch die Zudecke war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es sich um eine Sofadecke handelte, die in Laken geschichtet war. |

Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel e' stato molto carino, abbiamo trovato un hotel modernissimo e di tendenza, una camera che ci ha lasciati a bocca aperta, un bagno molto lussuoso. I ragazzi della reception simpatici e cortesi . Ritorneremo molto presto. |

Vriendelijk onthaal en moie kamers: binnen oogt alles veel beter dan wat de buitengevel zou insinueren Dicht bij de metro maar toch vrij afgelegegen: je verliest teveel tijd om naar het centrum te verplaatsen. |

prima kamers, handdoeken werden iedere dag verschoond, minibar werd elke dag bijgevuld, ontbijtbuffet goed verzorgd. ontbijt was in het weekend goedkoper dan doordeweeks maar hier werden wij van te voren niet over ingelicht, wel werd de rekening gepresenteerd. Personeel aan de receptie sprak matig engels. |
