La atención de cierto personal Si. Se acabó el café hacia las 7:45 en la zona de descanso y al ir a buscar cafe a la zona del desayuno, la persona que estaba al cargo preguntó con malos modos el porqué de ir a buscar allí el café. Debería haberse ocupado de que no faltase y no habríamos tenido que ir al comedor |

El hotel está muy cerquita de la estación de metro, además está todo impecable y el personal de recepción es muy majo. Si vuelvo a Madrid repetiré La primera noche el calor de la habitación erá exagerado, a las tres de la mañana tuvimos que apargar la calefacción y abrir las ventanas, al día siguiente el personal de limpieza ya no nos conectó la calefacción. |

lo que más me ha gustado de la estancia en el hotel ha sido la decoración lo que no me ha gustado ha sido el calor que hacía en la habitación y el a/a no daba de sí |

Diseño, decoración y tanquilidad del barrio. No dispone de un servicio de cafeteria de verdad, para el desayuno sólo esta la opción de buffete y considero muy cara. Tomarse un cafe, mal servido, lento y carisimo no me parece una buena oferta para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. |
