Nice location by Retiro Park Overpriced and not good valuie. They refused to send an ironing board to the room, we had to pay for a valet service to iron our clothes! The hotel bar was a tiny dark room with no windows! And their website lied saying the room had a balcony, which it didn't. We only chose this hotel because we wanted a balcony, so were very disappointed. |

The Hotel staff were the most pleasant helpful group of people in all our travels in Spain.We were traveling for 2 weeks.I would go back to this Hotel anytime. I did not like that people could smoke on the Hotel property. |

Well-located hotel close to museum district and shopping areas. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Design and layout of the rooms, and hotel in general, is very appealing. |

The area was so nice and quiet. I like to walk so the convenience to other transportation sites was fine. This is a great hotel. The bed was so comfortable. The staff actually respects your wishes of not being disturbed. I will stay here again on my next visit. |

La ubicación del hotel, está justo enfrente del Parque del Retiro. La tranquilidad que se respira en el hotel, es muy acogedor. El trato del personal es excelente. |

Edificio de principio de siglo totalmente restaurado manteniendo altura de techos y escayolas, carpinterias, escaleras que le dan el toque señorial, excelentemente combinado con un mobiliario actual. Amplitud en las habitaciones fuera de lo comun hoy en dia. Ubicación ideal y personal muy amable. |
