Good location, close to museums and delightful Retiro Park. Room and bathroom very clean. Not many cafes next hotel but short walk east gets you to Cafeteria Paris (very popular with locals). |

The staff were impolite and started banging and cleaning at 8AM in the morning. There was a hair in my bathroom which put me off. Food was awful. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the facilities were very well kept. The location made it easy to see many of the key sites of Madrid and it was very convenient to the metro and the train station. Highly recommend it. |

The proximity of the hotel to so many places of interest such as the Prado, Reina Sofia art galleries. Also, found it important to be near the metro station and the big station at Atocha for travelling outside the city. |

It's rather cheap and close to Renfe, which was really helpful. We also were able to leave our baggage in a baggage room for several hours after checking out free of charge. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were good and clean. A little bit away from the city center. Lack of good restraunts around. |

Good, friendly staff and helpful, the room was fine, as was the breakfast. The internet access was very good and priced realistically and it is a good location, close to the metro and main station for getting about. |

Clean and cozy room.The space was enough for 3 people. The best thing is the location. It just takes 10minutes to Atocha renfe on foot.The neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe. |

Close to Atocha, the Prado and Retiro Park; air conditioned, clean, new towels each day, great restaurant. Yes, we missed our flight due to trouble on roads in Munich; still had to pay for the night in the hotel in Madrid. |

Clean comfortable room within walking distance of the high speed train station I could not get the wireless internet to work, hotels solution was to cancel service (and you to call everyday or you are automatically billed ) and to use slow over priced lobby computer. Bad policy as wireless in the room was the major selling point for my internet booking. |

Very pleasant experience staying at Agumar! Large room, nice bathroom, great accommodations. Located within walking distance to the Prado Museum and not far from other touristic attractions. Would stay there again. |

We booked a standard room, but as we check in late at 10PM we were given a superior room (suite) I guess because that´s what they had available. It was very nice and huge. |
