Although the once big nicely decorated rooms have been cut into basic small rooms, you can still feel a taste of the life in this apartment in the good old days in the grand hallway where the staff is always there to help you out (although none of the three I met spoke any English) Centrally located on the main Calle Gran Via and very close to the Metro which was very convenient. Use the exit with an elevator at the far end of the Plaza de Espana if you have luggage. Other exits only have stairs. The bathroom was clean and equipped, but the noise the toilet made every time you (or even the next door neighbour!) flushed, was terrible. |

Excellent location, very clean, helpful stuff, do accept cards It was cold in the room, central heating was not running during the night, after I complained, they gave me more blankets first, then there was heating round the clock, but room was not warm enough yet. |

Siendo un hostal en una 5º planta puedo decir que esta centrico y cerca de los teatros de madrid. para los precios de los hoteles en madrid, la relacion calidad precio es buena y la limpieza esta bien. el ascensor por donde se sube con las maletas, yo le llamaria montacargas, entra 1 persona con 1 maleta ya que el tamaño no da para más.El otro ascensor es normal. |

Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen en vriendelijke ontvangst. Badkamer is nogal rudimentair, toilet maakt veel lawaai. Inkom is allesbehalve veelbelovend. |

Sehr stimmig mitten im pulsierenden Leben Madrids, Matratzen waren hervorragend. Buchung und realität stimmten nicht überein, in einem Zimmer für 3.Person nur Aufbettung, in einem Zimmer Ehebetten ( sollte vermieden werden). Nur Zimmer 9 und 2-Bett-Zimmer entsprachen der Buchung. Personal war - bis auf eine Angestellte - unfreundlich, patzig bis agressiv. |

Ho apprezzato la posizione centralissima, la pulizia delle camere, la comodità dei letti. Sicuramente non ho gradito il fatto che il personale non parlasse una sola parola di inglese, la rumorosità notturna. |
