Super zentrale Lage, Frühstück in sehr schönem Ambiente, tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse Die Bar war wohl aufgrund der Umbauarbeiten komplett eingestaubt (Sessel, Tische, Stühle). Der Kellner/Barkeeper konnte nur Spanisch und war anscheinend nicht ein Profi seines Fachs. (Er behauptete, bestimmte Alkoholika wären nicht da, obwohl sie im Regal standen,etc.) Der Empfangsbereich ist sehr klein, weswegen sich alles vor der Treppe und den Aufzügen staute. |

Ada Palace ist DER Geheimtipp von Madrid - zentraler gehts einfach nicht! Alles sehr aufwendig restauriert, Bad mit Wellnessdusche. Frühstück absolut empfehelnswert. Aussicht nicht zu toppen! Wir haben nicht zur Straße, sondern zum Innenhof gewohnt (Doppelbett). Das Zimmer war seeeehr klein. Die Zimmer zur Gran Via raus haben zwei Einzelbetten und sind wesentlich größer! |

Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr attraktive Dachterrasse; zur Cocktailstunde ein wunderschöner Ort über den Dächern der belebten Gran Via im Herzen der Stadt. Auch das Restaurant bzw. die bar weisen eine vergleichbar attraktive lage auf. Das Hotel war offenbar gerade erst fertiggestellt, so dass die Bilder zum Teil noch nicht an der Wand hingen und nicht alle Lampen mit Glühbirnen ausgestattet waren. Auch wirkte das Personal noch nicht wirklich eingeübt, aber sehr freundlich. |

zentale Lage i.d.Gran Via, ggüb. dem "Metropolis"-Gebäude, ich hatte (zunächst) das Zimmer aus der Internet-Beschreibung mit tollem Blick auf das Gebäude; d.Gran Via ist allerd.sehr laut (ganze Nacht), d.Fenster schliessen den Lärm aber recht gut aus; die Zimmer sind klassisch-schön, geräumig und gehoben ausgestattet (Textiltapeten, gr.Flat-Screen, sehr gute Matratzen) mit modernen, geräumigen Dusch-Bädern; Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut; Bar und Essensraum sind modern-stylish mit angeschlossener Dachterasse, die am Wochenende für Parties genutzt wird; das Personal ist freundlich und englisch-sprachig; in der unmittelbaren Umgebung viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokale, ideal für Leute, die in der pulsierenden Stadt viel erleben wollen die Weiterempfehlung gilt (10.2009) nur eingeschränkt: das Hotel wurde gerade frisch renoviert, wobei die Bauarbeiten leider noch nicht abgeschlossen sind; es drang Wasser aus der Decke des frisch renovierten Badezimmers, sodass ich ein anderes Zimmer mit ähnlicher Austattung - allerdings zum Hinterhof - beziehen musste (ruhiger, aber ohne den tollen Ausblick); im aktiven Hotelbereich finden derzeit noch kleinere Handwerkertätigkeiten und in den Seitenstrassen tagsüber lärmende Bauarbeiten statt; der Weckdienst erfolgte nicht per Telefon, sondern durch Anklopfen an der Tür und wurde am Abreisetag vergessen; trotz der Widrigkeiten aber gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; für Familien mit Kindern und Ruhe-Suchende ist das Hotel weniger geeignet |

Lediglich die Lage Hotel war noch nicht richtig fertig gebaut, halbe Baustelle. Hatte Suite gebucht, man versuchte mir ohnen Hinweis einfach ein Doppelzimmer zu gleichem Preis! Unterzuschieben. Nach Beschwerde teilte man mir mit, es gibt keine freie Suite. Doppelzimmerpreis wurde daraufhin um schlappe 45 € nach unten korrigiert. Keine Möglichkeit mit Karte zu zahlen, Personal unfähig! Musste erst zur Bank um Geld abzuheben. Im Zimmer noch schreckliche Ausgasungen durch Farbe und Teppich. |

Great location; all the landmarks and the great Prado Museum are within walking distances, clean and comfortable room and good breakfast buffet. Super tiny elevators, can hold only 2 persons and 3 persons would be definitely a crowd! |

The hotel is in a convenient location to walk to many attractions of the city eg Retiro Park and the fountain plaza de Cibeles is very close. Also the rooms look out on to the Metropolis building which is imposing. The lifts are very small |

Great location! Very nice rooms. The Internet was not working at all, and for business trip that's very uncomfortable. The staff didn't know where was the closest internet location, and they were not worried about our need of connection. |

Lovely hotel, very modern and a very central location. The building works that were still on-going, there was no mention of this on the web-site and unfortuntely, the hotel staff did not speak alot of English, so it was quite difficult to get information. |

The room decoration - as said, the classical modern feeling of it -, the large windows on one of the main streets in Madrid (perfect sound insulation), the breakfast on the terrace with a view. The bathroom fittings and cosmetic kit (exquisite fragrance choice for the shower gel, shampoo and soap). Breakfast selection was good and fresh, excellent coffee. I found the two tiny and slow elevators extremely unpractical but I understood there was little room for improvement since the initial building's structure was such. |

The confort of the hotel room is amazing! Also, the localization is great, right in the beggining of the Gran Via, and in front of the Metro Station ( from the airport it takes aproximatelly 40min by metro and you have to change stations twice.) It is great to do some sighseeing. The breakfast was also really good, for those out there who love Nespresso they have a giant Nespresso machine!!!!! Maybe the fact that the lobby is a little bit small, and the elevators are also too tiny. I think that the entrance did not have access for handicapped people. |

The hotel is brand new, and in the very hart of the city. All the attractions are in a few minutes walking distance. The terrace on the 6. floor has a wonderfull view. |

Excellent location. Very nice morning lunch with fresh juices and good cofee!!! Even though it is in the main central road it is hardly findable by taxi driver since the entrance is not from the main street. Also a disadvantage that WiFi is avalable only on the last floor. |

The Hotel was near to that famous Gran via street. No street noise was heard in the room. The breakfast was perfect so I suggest breakfast lovers to choose this hotel. Staffs were nice and helpful. The hotel is still under construction. sometimes noises hurt. There is not a lobby in the hotel yet and just a bell desk reception . No english channel and no free wireless . a 4 star hotel shall have free wireless and beautiful lobby. |
