The room was well designed, warm,clean, quiet with a nice Urban view. We almost felt like home. The recepcion was small and without a setting area (lobby), the elevators were very small and sometimes one of the two was out of order. |

I loved the staff, very kind; the location; the size of the hotel and of the rooms, very comfortable. I would stay again at the hotel without any doubt. The elevators are very small and I had trouble managing the room air conditioning. |

The breakfast was very god. The rooms were nice and the hotel very well located. Lifts very small. Wifi coverage very poor. TV channels limited. |

cleanliness and location. reception area too small. no heating system in bathroom? bathroom glass door not suitable since everytime i took a shower, the room was flooded. receptionists should explain how to use the heating and the safe and stuff like that upon arrival. no internet facilities. |

The hotel has an excellent location, our room was quite spacious and nicely furnished, breakfast was very good, stuff was friendly. 1. Some of the stuff (waiter in the hotel bar) does not speak any foreign language. 2. Only spanish TV channels. At least BBC or CNN or some french news channels would be fine.. |

The location of the hotel and it was value for money. Support staff should be more comfortable in English. Even at the reception people used to struggle to talk in English. Elevators were too small |

Everything really. The room, the staff, the restaurant, the bar, and especially the location for sightseeing. The only thing that I would say is that they need a new toaster for the restaurant |

- Location of the hotel is great, at the beginning of the famous "Gran Via"- the staff is professional and friendly - the hotel is new, with good equipment in the bedrooms - we enjoyed a lot the bar terrasse on the roof - globally, a very nice hotel - Our bedroom was rather small and very noisy, first because of the proximity of a service room and second because of works in the building beside. |

The central location,the rate with breakfast. The hotel is not yet completed, one lift was out of order,I reported a bedside light was not working but nothing was done to rectify the problem. the shower cubicle leeked,no english language TV.shoddy workmanship on all fittings. |

A szálloda Madrid nevezetességeitől rövid sétára található. A szoba és fürdőszoba új és célszerűen berendezett, minőségi bútorokkal. Minden kényelmi berendezés (mod. cons.) rendelkezésre áll. A takarítás rendszeres és alapos. A büféreggeli minősége és választéka elsőosztályú. 95 Euró/éj/2fő áron kiváló ár/érték arány. Mindenképpen visszatérnék ide és barátaimnak is ajánlanám (Would definitely return and suggest it to my friends.) A small and temporaly receptionist desk, very small elevators i.e. occasionally short queuing. |

The breakfast buffet was excellent each morning. The exterior balcony also was a bonus as the views were excellent. The bar staff were very courteous. On arrival at the hotel we went to our room and 2 out of 3 table lamps had no light bulbs in - i reported this to the reception desk on 2 occasions and even after doing this at the end of our 3 day stay there still wasn't any bulbs in the lamps!!!! |

rooms very comfortable, excellent breakfast, very good location, easily accessable from Metro and airport Coming from a smoke free environment we found smoking in the lounge/bar area unpleasant so did not frequent it but used the terrace. |

The location was great, new look and furniture, large bathroom, fresh fruits for breakfast. We've got the room nr 318, it was very nice, but when checking the shower we found that it was not possible to open the cabin door because of too large table. The only way to get into was crawling under the table:-)) Asked to change the room. In general the hotel was nice. |

Great location, nice views, suite room perfectly comfortable, large and nicely decorated, the fact it's been recently reinnovated is obvious, while palace itself is a hystorical building. Very nice bar on the top (where breakfast is served) room service menu, speed of room service, replenishment of mini bar is often neglected |

Great location; all the landmarks and the great Prado Museum are within walking distances, clean and comfortable room and good breakfast buffet. Super tiny elevators, can hold only 2 persons and 3 persons would be definitely a crowd! |
