Hotel is located in the center, close to places of interest, parking + The bathroom is owful, rooms are very small... but clean :) Breakfast = bread+tea. No elevator |

Excellent localisation in the hearth of the city, can discover easily the center, main attractions by foot, also Museum Prado is not more than 20 min. Good price, clean rooms, breakfast, and for us that helped a lot, and was the most important, we could leave our heavy luggages in the last whole day after check out, so that gave us a good chance for have a walk in Madrid the last day too. |

Their employees is their best. Very courteous; very friendly and helpful. Yes, this is not a Hotel but a "hostel". There is a big difference between the two. Please do not advertise it as a hotel as it is misleading to the customer. |

It was centrally located which made it easier to arrive near the main attractions 5 minutes on foot. The street where it is situated is fairly quite compared to the hustle and bustle of 2 streets down. Overall friendly staff.comfortable beds and spacious room Apart from one staff member, their English was very poor which made it difficult for us to communicate with them. Small bathroom! |

I very much liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel stuff. It is also very convenient that you can buy tickets for bus tours right at the reception. Rooms are clean, well designed and comfortable. Twin rooms are better than double ones. Hotel is a little far from the hop on and hop off bus tours, other than that there is nothing that I disliked. |

It was great to have a late check in! After flight delays we didn't arrive until 1a and it was hassle free. Quite a sketchy area though. If you are a single female travelling I wouldn't stay here. Hallways are so dimly lit. |

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and decent. The hotel had a hostel feel to it, and the main floor was very small and looked old. They did not have simple things you normally find at 3-star hotels. The wireless internet service didn't work in my room. |

The guys in reception were very cools guys, and very friendly to help us at any problem that we have. Guys you are the best! Make the outside door to open with the card because it is not polite to wake you up, every night. |

Location and the hosts were friendly. The breakfast service is weird, you must wait one of the men in the bar and he offers only coffe and toast bread. The cleaning of the rooms was not done when we arrive and in the 2nd day the beds was undone. |

The room was very big and clean. The staff very frindly and the location excellent for visiting Madrid by foot. The breakfast is small but sufficient. A bit noisy due to roadwork, but unless the road looked very quiet. |

Real value for money + room lately renovated in ikea style, every thing you need and in a good shape, changed towels daily + cheap coffee and refreshments at the hotel cafeteria + employees have good command of English + app. 5 mins walk to Gran Via or Plaza de Espana Never rush for breakfast -- bring enough time as staff insists on serving coffee and a napolitana or toast at table that takes even if the place happens to be crowded between 9:30 and 11:00 + some days we would rather have coffee at a close bar to save time |

All staff speak excellent English, they are super friendly, warm. Location of hotel is very convenient,if you don't go out from wrong exit, it will be 3 min walk from subway, and city downtown.The breakfast though simple but its good. when we requested to delay our check-out time to 1 pm, they accepted with smile, most of the europeans hotel won't accept this. when we are sleeping facing the ceiling,we saw some spiders dancing near the top ceiling area. toilet bit smelly, some parts of the hotel is having repaint, may be it can upgrade the appearance. |

The hotel was small and basic, but clean and overall good value for money. It was also convenient for the metro The breakfast was minimal, consisting of orange juice, croissants and toast, and tea and coffee. This was served to us, so we were limited to one of everything. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and this was the worst breakfast we have ever had. |
