The apartment was nice and very central, if the owners invested in new double glazed windows and dooors this would eliminate the noise from the nightclub next door.It would also increase the value of this property. We got no sleep at night so be warned, we had to use ear plugs and still could hear the noise. Apartment is beside a very busy nightclub and the noise in unbearable every night from midnight until 4am in the morning. Also on the street in front of the apartment there are several Prostitutes looking for business all day everyday, who like to stand in the entrance of the apartment. |

Belvárosban van, közel mindenhez (élelmiszerbolt, éttermek, szórakozóhelyek). Negatívumként talán azt említeném meg, hogy az utca nagyon frekventált a sok szorakozóhely miatt és ezért éjszaka nagyon zajos. (De ez minket nem zavart, csak mások számára említem, ha csendes nyugodt éjszakára vágynak, nem a legmefelelőbb választás) |

de locatie is uitstekend geschikt om Madrid in al zijn schakeringen op loopafstand te ontdekken, en de metro vlakbij. maar...de locatie bevindt zich in een smalle straat in het uitgaansgebied; dat brengt 's nachts, en wel tot in de vroege ochtend, lawaai met zich mee. oordoppen sterk aanbevolen !! |

Abszolút központ, a Puerta del Sol-tól egy utcányira, de szinte az összes főbb látványosság megközelíthető kényelmes 20 perces sétával. Ami még nagyon tetszett, hogy ha csak rövid időre is, de igazi madridinak érezhette magát az ember:-) Füldugó mindenképpen ajánlott a rosszul alvóknak, tekintve, hogy központban van a szállás és a spaletták nem igazán fogják fel a kintről beszűrődő zajokat:-) |

Locatie zeer centraal een amateuristisch verbouwde zolder ruimte waar je in de woonruimte voor de helft niet rechtop kunt staan en zonder enig uitzicht.Gehorig en geen enkele brandvoorziening.Povere uitrusting.Dit appartament op de vierde verdiepeing is geen echte aanrader. |

Nonostante fossimo giunte in anticipo di due ore al check in, il personale è arrivato subito e ci ha trattato con grande gentilezza nonostante non conoscesse nè l'inglese perfettamente nè l'italiano. Vino e formaggio come presente, appartamento enorme e molto curato, a prescindere dai gusti personali (gli appartamenti erano a tema, il nostro si chiamava comic ed aveva simpatici disegni alle pareti e stampe con mobili di design). Pulito, completo di tutto aria condizionata compresa, costo ridicolo, posizione centralissima a 200 metri da puerta del sol. Le stanze da letto erano interne e quindi al riparo dal chiasso del quartiere a dir poco vivace, nessun problema per dormire. Veramente consigliato. |

Die Apartamentos in der Calle de la Cruz liegen sehr zentral, im Herzen der Metropole Spaniens. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar: der Prado, die Slg.Thyssen-Bornemisza, die Plaza Mayor und die Puerta del Sol mit den sich anschließenden großen Einkaufsstraßen. Die größeren Apartamentos mit ihren Schlafzimmern zum Innenhof sind auch in der Nacht wahre Oasen der Ruhe! Die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Die Klimaanlagen in den Wohnungen machen den Aufenthalt auch in der Sommerhitze Madrids sehr erträglich. Die mitten im pulsierenden und aufregenden Leben der Weltstadt Madrid gelegenen Apartments in der Calle Cruz sind ein ausgezeichneter Stützpunkt für die Erschließung der kulturellen Höhepunkte in der beeindruckenden Hauptstadt Spaniens. Sehr empfehlenswert! |

La estancia en el Apartamento Cruz me gustó mucho. Está en el centro de Madrid, se puede visitar casi todos los monumentos de importancia andando. El personal muy amable, la decoración del apartamento sobria y con gusto. Un ascensor facilita el acceso. Por la noche un poco de ruido, pero se vive en medio de la ciudad y se puede disfrutar de la vida plenaria de la capital. - Muy recomendable! |
