Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, fairly spacious, very clean studio apartement (bit old fashioned -which I liked- but not worn or tatty at all). Frequent cleaning and towel change. Non-touristy, pleasant, lively and central location. Quiet, clean pool with a terrace with many sun loungers, surrounded by apartment blocks. The walls are paper thin. Could hear sneezing, snoring, talking in the next room clearly, but bear in mind people tend to be out most of the day and evening. Airco manual would have been handy (took days before I found the second switch behind the curtains, that actually made the thing work). Had to sign a contract in Spanish on arrival, which I couldn't read. |

Good location close to city centre metro and convenient for airport (Taxi eur20+-) - pool is great in hot weather - good kitchen for family - supermarket next door - friendly staff Air conditioning was functioning but only seemed to be circulating air - it did not cool the apartment - because of this I would not recommend these apartments for stay in hot weather |

It was conveniently located for the Metro and local restaurants. The facilities were adequate. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very dark as it looked on to an inner courtyard without a view. |

Centrally located hotel in Salamanca. Near Metro (Linea 5) and lots of bars, restaurants. Easy access from airport. Clean rooms, good size, good kitchen facilities in-room. |

I was very happy with the apartment, it was clean, comfortable, the kitchen area is small but has the basics. The apartment was slightly better than I had thought it might be judging from other reviews, although it is a big building, so perhaps the standards vary. The building does have a bit of a 1960s feel but I quite liked that. Washing up liquid and tea towels would have been useful from the start, the cleaner did leave these after her visit. I would have liked a kettle and toaster. |

my son and I attended a concert at the Palacio de Deportes and it was only a 15 minute walk from here. There is also a Metro station directly opposite with a fantastic link to the airport. There is a supermarket next door and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We would definitely stay there again.Comfortable apartment in the upmarket Salamanca district within easy reach of anywhere in Madrid. |

Reccomend double beds rather than singles... chambermaids started calling me at 8 am checking if I was still in the room, then continued a further three times until I phoned reception and complained. |

Cleanliness. The kitchen facility was useful. We could hardly warm the room, the heating system needs to be improved. |

Location in Madrid ( close to subway and Ehibition Centre ) Furniture is timeworn, TV set too small and the room is really too dark. It would need to be renewed (walls and ceiling). Bathroom & kitchen are OK. |

Laundry facilities; close access to Metro, friendly, helpful staff No coffee pot; no hair dryer, not even for check out from housekeeping; for the price, other hotels offer more amenities. As our luggage was delayed for 6 days, we needed shampoo, conditioner, etc. As a short-term apartment, the facility was good. |
