Perfecte ligging, plezierige rustige plek om de hoek van de drukte van de Palza Mayor etc. Het was iets minder luxe dan het beeld dat ik had op basis van de voorinformatie, maar verder prima in orde. |

Gunstige ligging, centraal in de oude stad. Veel bezienswaardigheden die lopend goed bereikbaar zijn. De metro ligt voor de deur. Gezellige buurt die opgeknapt wordt. Goede sanitaire voorzieningen en fraai balkon. Meubilair: stoelen, tafels en keuken van een hoog IKEA-gehalte. Quasi dure inrichting, maar in gebruik erg ongemakkelijk. Meerdere stoelen zijn niet bestand tegen normaal gebruik, zitten slecht en kunnen beter gebruikt worden als etalagemateriaal. |

Alles binnen handbereik, zowel in het appartement (koelkast, oven, afwasmachine, wasmachine e.d.) en buiten het appartement (winkels, w.o. levensmiddelen). Veel (éénrichtingsverkeer) verkeer: 24 uur per dag. Onnodig toeteren, stoppen voor het stoplicht - optrekken. Extra: werkzaamheden aan wegdek 100 m verderop.... |

good, spacious apartment with nice roof terrace, splendid point in the centre, near plaza major, plaza st. ana, shops, restaurants etc. Could have a little more kitchen equipments such as some extra and large cups, milk/tea strainer, gravy spoon. Roof terrace was nice, however did not overview the city of madrid due to surrounding buildings. There was no view from the windows. Extra payment of 30 Euros for arrival after 22 hrs is a lot. |

Very central location which meant that we could walk to most places in the old part of Madrid. Clean and quiet accomodation. Friendly staff. Very convenient having a supermarket so near. No view. Very basic equipment in the kitchen (ie no glasses) but it was very helpful having a washing machine. |

The location couldn't have been better. We walked everywhere and when needed the metro was a few steps away. The back apartment we had was very quiet. The lighting was inadequate. A few more ceiling lights or lamps would have helped a lot. |

The location is great! The apartment was clean, felt safe, ans is perfect for extended stays. I would stay here again! We didn't check to make sure there was hot water, and the hot water heater turned out to be broken! As it was a Saturday, no one was available to come out and fix it, so we had to take cold showers. The sofa bed was broken. But other than that, it was a great place. Just make sure you check for hot water, and if you need the sofa bed, check to see it works. |

This was the perfect place for a family visiting Madrid. We had a beautiful penthouse apartment that was super clean and wel maintained. Location was also excellent. Staff was friendly and a couple of them spoke english. |

Great location, good facilities. Staff weren't available when we first arrived despite us calling from the airport. Shower drain was blocked and overflowed when you took a shower. |

The convinience of being in an apartment rather than a hotel The second room was too small and had no wardrobe, so do you expect the guest to put his / her clothes? It was not meant to be a room as they closed off part of the living room. Therefore, you cannot sell this apartment as a two bedroom apartment. |

Nearly perfect! Excellent Kitchen facilities. Clean room and nice lighting. The air-conditioner is good. Nice and helpful staff, can speak fluent English. For family room, the sofa bed is not comfort - too hard to sleep |

Extremely convenient location. 1 min (or even less than 1 min walk) to the nearest metro station. Besides, the design of the decoration is also trendy and stylish. We also loved the terrace which can oversee the neighborhood area. Really a good stay. on the cleaniness of the floor, could be better. But in general, everything is good! |

The apartment was bang in the middle of all the action. Royal Palace/Prado museum were 10 mins walking and puerto del sol/plaza mayor was less than 5 mins. Couldnt ask for more. LIDL supermarket and Tirso de molina metro were less than 200 ft away. great location, great place!! A clock in the apartment and an alarm clock by the bedside would have helped. Our alarm clock got busted and we had a tough time waking up on time everyday :) |

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación, la limpieza, el confort y el diseño. No me ha gustado: El agua caliente era insuficiente y que no haya habido notificaciones de la reserva del apartamento hasta pasado mucho tiempo. El contacto con la persona encargada de darnos la llave ha sido escasa. |
