I booked 2 appartments for 2 families. they were perfectly positioned for most of the major attractions in madrid and absolutely ideal if you like a bit of retail therapy ! The Gran Via is only a few metres from the door. The welcome we got from Raphael was enthusiastic and friendly and he even advised us on what sights to go and see including some a short train ride out of the city ( El Escorial). I cannot fault these appartments for convenience and cleanliness.. |

Great location, comfortable and spacious place near all amenities and attractions. Also the free wifi was a big hit with our teen. |

The contact person, Rafael, was prompt meeting us, friendly and helpful in explaining the facilities at the apartment and things to do in and around Madrid. The apartment was central for most sights and close to the Metro for others. It was clean and quiet. |

I was very dissapointed for the fact that i specifically booked twin beds in the bedroom and we got a double bed which was not good enough as we were not a couple. Other than that we found it very nice and had it not been for the double bed would have given it a very good review but it did spoil it for us. |

Excellent location, helpful staff, good facilities. Would recommend this apartment as a good value central option. The apartment was a bit noisy and the blinds were not very good. |

Had everything you needed for a serviced apartment. Comfortable and clean. The apartment was quiet. Small bathroom but Great Shower made up for it. No view, but that was OK. The airconditioner was loud. |

I liked the location and convenience of the apartment, it was very central and yet you were not bothered by noise late at night. It was very clean and had all you needed, I would recommend it. |

Very efficient and informative check in service. Good location in central Madrid, easy walking distance to all the sites and shops. Apartment was well designed, clean and quiet. No kettle to boil water and small bathroom. |

Can't beat the location. Apartment was new, modern and fully equipped. It's right in the middle of everything in the proximity of far more expensive hotels with larger space as trade off for the limited service facilities. Exactly what I wanted. We couldn't get our laptop to connect on the Wi-fi. |

Located in the center near Gran Via. Nice and new decoration. Better curtains in the room. The existing one didn't block the sun at all. Although a minor issue, it would easily fixable. |

perfekt appartment in the hart of the city centre. Clean and new. Airco for nice temperature. Service from the rental agency was very good. I recommend this to people who want to visit the city for 3 or 4 days. It's perfekt for its location. |

L'appartement est parfaitement bien situé. Il est bien équipé, avec un style actuel, il a un bon confort, il est calme (même en centre ville). Mon seul reproche : la salle de bain est vraiment trop petite. |

Ha confermato e anzi migliorato le nostre aspettative! Benissimo la posizione e la centralità, lo staff e la cordialità, la pulizia, l'arredamento, le proporzioni della casa, l'accoglienza con spremuta d'arancia, la doppia chiave, la disponibilità a tenere depositati I bagagli anche dopo il check out!!!! Me ha gsutado en general Que no había persinas en la habitación y entraba muchísima claridad por las ventanas. En el cuarto de baño la ducha estaba atascada y era algo desagradable tener que ducharse cuando alguien ya se había duchado, te tenías que meter con el agua del otro o esprar un buen rato |

Pulizia ineccepibile. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, modernissimo e provvisto di tutto il necessario per vivere (manca solo il phon). Decisamente confortevole e in una zona ottima perchè appena scesi si è nella Gran Via. Mancanza del phon e climatizzatore parecchio rumoroso. |
