We enjoy staying at the apartment. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are nice. You have no worries staying there. It is an ideal place for young or middle aged travellers. But because there is no lift there, it is not recommended for older travellers. |

Very nice appartement, everything is foreseen (towels, linnen, shampoo,....). Very close to the main streets in Madrid + one minute walk to nearest metro station. Very friendly owner. As said before, very nice appartement but I don't see anyone stay there with five people. 3 persons is more than enough to enjoy your stay comfortably. |

Excellent location, apartment was clean and well-equipped. The stair-climb was a challenge after a long trip. It offers a good exercise opportunity however, and most of the time, wasn't that bad. |

Könnyen megközelíthető, központi fekvésű, metróval minden elérhető rövid idő alatt. Jó az apartman felszereltsége, modern, új a berendezés. Szűk a konyha és a háló, kicsik az ablakok, és a szomszédra néznek. Az emeletes ágy inkább gyerekeknek való. |

Die Lage ist super im Zentrum. Viele Plätze und Bars sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet mit Küche, Waschmaschine... Nett auch, im Bad hat es Seife, Duschmittel usw |

Un appartamento arredato con gusto, molto attrezzato e molto pulito l'ho già consigliato ad amici, parenti e colleghi. purtroppo non ho gradito le scale salire 5 piani con le valigie e dopo un giorno di girovagare per la città era faticoso arrivare all'appartamento.Per il resto tutto ok. |

note: Il ne s'agit pas d'un hotel mais d'un appartement meublé. Le mobilier et appareils ménagers sont neufs, l'endroit est calme et agréable et il est situé en plein centre historique de Madrid. Attention, il vaut mieux voyager léger, il est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. |

Estaba todo nuevo, ha sido lo que buscabamos, acogedor, aclimatado y sobre todo lo cuidado que estaba Lo único que no nos gusto fue al principio la ubicación y la fachada al no reflejar en ningún sitio que era un hotel, después lo mas incomodo fue la escalera que es muy incomoda |

Lo mejor la amabilidad del dueño, un verdadero encanto, y sobre todo lo bien equipado que está el apartamento. En el apartado de limpieza sobresaliente, increiblemente genial todo. ¡Volveremos sin lugar a dudas! El único "problemilla" es conseguir aparcar por el barrio. Es todo zona verde. La mejor opción utilizar un parking público que no queda muy lejos. |

Gostei da muito boa localização (perto do Prado, do Museu Rainha Dona Sofia, da Plaza Mayor, etc), do conforto de estar numa casa com todas as facilidades e do sossego. Os únicos contras são ser um 4º andar sem elevador (embora a maioria das pessoas neste tipo de viagens só tenha que subir os 4 andares 1-2 vezes por dia) e o preço do parque público ali perto (24€/dia). |

La situación excelente, el trato excelente, la limpieza excelente, No faltava nada: había todos los utensilios de cocina, de baño, de cama, ...internet. Pequeño, ideal para 2 personas pero nosotros eramos 4 y estuvimos muy bien. Totalmente recomendable. |

El apartamento está recién reformado. Todo está nuevo y muy limpio. En ese sentido inmejorable. No es muy grande, pero resulta muy acogedor. Silencioso por las noches. El propietario es un hombre realmente agradable y atento. Vive en el piso de arriba, de forma que te quedas tranquila: si pasa algo, es fácil de localizar. |
