gemoedelijk en lekkere koffie bij het ontbijt. Schone kamer en klein keukentje met koelkast. Voor ons prima. De entree naar het appartement en de buitenkant ziet er verwaarloosd uit. |

Only location.7/8 mn walking to Metro station and good wireless connection. This apartment was dirty and dark (walls but also kitchen stuff), staff was not friendly and even not very polite. Room wasn't no smoking. Awful stay. This type of room is suitable only for student at lowest rate. |

Just the location.... The hotel staff was so arrogant and not at all helpful. He suggested to pay me 76 euros in order to extend my booking. When I extended using Booking.com, he literally was asking me to move out of the hotel... I have never ever seen such type of hotel staff.... |

Location, natural light, room space and overall comfort were OK. While not being extremely attractive, price was fine as well. Lots of things; requests made within reservation were ignored (and no solution offered after), room was dirty, air conditioning extremely noisy (impossible to leave it on if you want to sleep), towels washed so many times that they were of no use. |

Metro nearby. 5 minutes walking to Instituto de Empresa, for whom it may concern. Cheap, so, in the end, a very good value for money. Clean bath, which is very important. Very noisy. You can hear always doors slamed. When somebody is cooking, the smell is everywhere. It need a very fast refurbishment. Looks like pretty depresive. |

Very close to metro station and grocery store. They cleaned our apartment even though we just stayed for two nights. The breakfast was not very good. No fruits or vegetables, hardly any bread mostly sweets. There was an ashtray in our room that smelled very bad from old cigarettes. |

They gave me all the information that I needed.They were very kindly and correct I didn'l like the paid we had to do for the wireless conection in our room, mostly of hotels don't had the charge for it. |

The studio was spacious with a self-contained kitchen unit, very useful for backpackers on a budget and families. The staff were very helpful and polite. |

Excellent high class area district with easy and cheap access to the central city.The location is less crowded and less noisy than the centre. There was no facility I needed that could not be easily found within a couple of blocks. Particularly handy for the bullring. There is just one computer with internet access and no printer. |

La limpieza en general es buena, el baño, cocina y habitación en general estaban limpios. Esta situado en una zona buena y tranquila muy cerca del metro Cuando entramos a la habitación olía raro, tuvimos que ventilar.Aunque la limpieza es buena, había cercos de vasos en el escritorio. Las paredes son muy finas, se oye lo que pasa en la habitacion de al lado y tambíen se oye mucho el ruido de las puertas. El pago es segun llegas y el recepcionista es bastante serio y seco. En el baño solo hay dos jabones de mano, quien vaya que se lleve como mínimo un champú y pasta de dientes. Las instalaciones y recepción son muy antiguas. |

é vicino a 2 linee metro, le camere sono carine, l'ambiente è tranquillo e la colazione a buffet è più che soddisfacente, l'importante è non arrivare all'ultimo, altrimenti si rischia di non trovare più nulla!! sono stati molto disponibili anche a tenerci il bagaglio in custodia, anche dopo che avevamo liberato la stanza Aveamo chiesto una stanza con letto matrimoniale e ci è stata data una singola.A volte odore di roba da mangiare (anche fritto) per le scale, alle ore dei pasti |

La proximité de la ligne de métro, pour aller visiter la ville. Le petit déjeuner bien fournis. La difficulté de gérer la température. 27°pour dormir en novembre. |

La zona es genial, y sinceramente, la relacion calidad precio muy buena. El desayuno muy bueno, cafe, tostadas, bolleria..., y la habitación, si, algo vieja, pero cómoda. Sí, la ducha, hay q pegarse a la pared para conseguir que el agua te cubra, y si el de la habitación de al lado se ducha a la vez, la temperatura del agua y la fuerza disminuyen. |

lo único bueno su ubicación. Desde que llegas, antes casi de saludarte te cobran por adelantado, y cuando llegas a la habitación, qué desilusión, antiguo, poca limpieza, paredes sucias, baño poco lustroso, etc.... |
