Great central location, can walk everywhere. Quiet street. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Light and airy. Apartment was very small, and there was no room to put our suitcases. |

The location of the apartment. The apartment was excellent. The only point i would like to make is that the room we had did not have any views, all the windows looked out to an internal part of the the building which made it a bit claustrophobic. It did not get a lot of natural light, and we specifically requested a room with a view when we initally booked the apartment. |

Excellent location near Cava Alta anda Cava Baja, very near to El Rastro also. Loved the nightlife around it! The room was beautifuly decorated and very comfortable. |

The location is perfect! You can walk everywhere, the best street to eat and drink calle cava baja is around the corner and everything else as Prado, palace Real... Both rooms are pretty and comfortable. It was a bit dusty on the floor, but it was maybe due to the weather. I can highly recommend it and will always use it in Madrid! |

Great location, well run, clean and adequately equipped. Could be a little noisey at the weekends but if you're young and there for some fun you are in a great place. |

The apartments were just as they were in the photos, very modern and clean and great value for money. There was an irish pub next door, which was handy and lots of lovely tapas places and cafes near by. In walking distance from a metro station and some of the main attractions. Kept getting lost - hard to navigate around the streets so make sure you take a map and your address and any nearby sites to ask locals for directions if you need to. |

Unexpectedly clean and apparently recently renovated – spotless! We got the apartment facing the street but I could imagine that the rooms/apartments looking towards the inner shaft are somewhat dark. The apartment was meticulously supplied with all necessities - excellent value for money and the location is simply great – few minutes walk form Plaza De Oriente, Plaza Mayor….however remember that the neighbourhood is somewhat rough – homeless, prostitutes, drunk people….but this is the part of the whole picture of La Latina area. Just around the corner is ”the restaurant street” Cava Baja…..you can’t miss it! Be more strict on closing the front door – people let is stay open and considering the "street night audience”. |

very cozy & clean apartment, nice to stay at. Rooms are not huge, but very nice furnitured, so you really enjoy staying there. next time in madrid will definitely stay there again. internet wifi not just cable |

The location is great, close to city attractions and there are a lot of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The apartment was comfortable, nicely furnished and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It can get a bit noisy during the night on the near-by streets, so if you're planning to go to bed early, maybe this place is not the best option :) |

This is a great place to stay. It is very close to the main metro stations, shops, sights and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Although a little pricey, it was perfect between the 3 of us that stayed. There are only two things to complain about; one is there is no "wireless internet", you have to use a cable, and secondly the stairs are hazardous, i fell a few times, so be very careful or just use the lift (like i ended up doing). I would definately reccommend this hotel, it is clean, modern and the staff are very helpful, and 1 of them speaks English which made it easier. no wireless internet and the stairs are not safe. |

Conveniently located, we were able to walk to some of the attractions and to the subway. Comfortable and quiet. Recently renovated. Walking directions from the subway would have been very useful the first day. The mattress in the pull-out bed is not comfortable. A minor inconvenience, the bedroom does not offer any privacy. |

Brilliant location (quiet street but just around the corner from all the sights) and clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Just enough for 3-4 people, the apartment manager was lovely and very helpful. Kitchen well equipped with utensils and bathroom modern and clean. The sofa bed had not been cleaned so ended up using the sheets provided to drape over the couch and slept that way, still comfortable. The shower was quite small. Not really dislikes of the place though, because it was still worth it. |

the hotel was clean and the interiors were great! we were charged 50% of the 2 nights fee despite having made the cancellation weeks before. Hotel claims that reservation needs to be cancelled through booking.com but booking.com never sent us a confirmation email. |

Apartment had most of the necessary facilities and was close to all the amenities such as supermarkets, bars/cafes and public transport. Wifi was down so could not use the internet to do any research. |

It was in a good location, within walking distance of several attractions, restaurants, bars & shops. The staff were very helpful. As it is situated directly above a couple of popular bars so there was a lot of noise until 2am over the weekend, including Sunday night. |

Wonderful location within walking distance to many main attractions. Neighborhood with plenty of places to eat, drink and just hang out with the locals. Close to Metro and a market. It was great having a small kitchen - we cooked breakfast in the mornings since we would be out touring all day and need something more than just the standard spanish coffee and pastry. The plaza around the corner was a major hangout for 20-somethings on the weekend so it can be a little noisy, though we didn't mind. |
