Cancellation
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Guest must notify staff of their expected time of arrival at least 40 minutes before reaching the apartments. Staff of the apartments will wait at the appointed time. Contact details can be found on the Booking Confirmation. Please note that check-in is not possible between 00:00 and 07:30.
The total rate for the reservation will be paid upon arrival. Please note that American Express is not accepted as a method of payment.
The deposit of 150 euros must be paid by cash upon arrival. This will be refunded at departure once the condition of the apartment has been approved.
Cleaning:
A change of towels is included in the price and takes place every 3 days. A change of bed linen and housekeeping service (excluding the kitchen) takes place every 7 days. Guest can request extra cleaning at an additional fee.

Very confortable, spacious enough for 3 people. Close to the Metro station and shops. Fully equip kitchen. 1. The apartment is comfortable except that there is no housekeeping as practiced in hotels, making beds, cleaning, toilets etc. 2. Basic amenities such as shampoo, washing detergent should be provided since most visitors are tourist 3. The hallway is always dark. Lights should be on during the night. 4. The location is a little bit secluded, I was scared to walk on my own at night. |

I stayed at the Apartmentos Salvia4 this October for two nights with my 15 year old daughter. The apartment is located in a modern and newly built complex. The rooms are good size and clean. It is a great place to stay, peaceful, comfortable, very friendly staff, only a phone call away as they are not based onsite. The apartment is close to metro station called Valdeacederas (Line 1, light blue) and is about 12 to 15 minutes train ride to & from Sol or Gran Via. The apartment is little distance from the main tourist spots but most of the tourist spots are well linked with Metro. The Real Madrid Football stadium is only two stops away from the nearest Metro. The self-catering facilities were great. I will highly recommend this apartment. |

Good location, close to the metro. Friendly staff. Apartment is very clean. Convenient with equipped kitchen. The apartment description states that it is 65 m2 - this seems a bit overstated. The apartment was smaller than we expected and the living room area was quite compressed. |

Well appointed appartment with all necessary facilities, close to shops and transport. Safe area and very friendly people. Only failing was a lack of kettle for cup of tea. |

I enjoyed the neighborhood and the closeness to the metro I had trouble getting my depsoit back as the credit machine was out of order and I still don't know if I got my deposit back |

Clean & comfortable place to stay, about 5 mins walk from Metro. The owner's wife doesn't speak much english, experiencing hard time when we tried to locate the apartment. The apartment is rather small. |

The apartment was big and perfectly clean, very close to Tetuàn metro station (line 1), from where you can reach Puerta del Sol in few minutes. Everything in the apartment was new, there were: stove, microwave, pots and frying pans, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, air conditioned, television, dvd, stereo etc. The Tetuàn zone is quite calm so you won't have problems with noise during the night. The staff was very friendly. |

Las instalaciones son nuevas, así como los muebles, tv..etc. Posibilidad de garaje privado. Ningún ruido de la calle por la noche. El estudio de la planta baja es bastante claustrofóbico, ya que solo tiene una ventana que queda al nivel de la acera. Se oyen demasiados ruidos de las tuberías y del portal y ascensor. El menaje del estudio es bastante escaso. La zona está bastante alejada de la zona turística. |

Très bonnes prestations de l'appartement et du bâtiment en général. Jolie déco intérieure Le quartier, les alentours donnent un "sentiment" d'insécurité car tout est en travaux, mais j'ai bien dis "sentiment", car je n'ai eu aucun soucis même en plein milieu de la nuit dehors. |

Erg fijn om een eigen plek te hebben in Madrid, vlakbij een mooie supermarkt en andere winkels. Leuk appartement, en vlakbij de metro. De bedden vonden wij wel erg hard, maar na een paar dagen waren we eraan gewend. Het koken viel wel een b eetje tegen, maar in de supermarkt vlakbij hebben we heerlijke hapjes kunnen kopen! |
