Location (10min walk from Plaza Major), close to metro (2mins), ok for 2 persons (small for 4) Bathroom, Noicy building (bar around corner), front door (trying for 20mins to open door can be issue!), no english speaking staff during evening hours |

The location is very close to La latina, a nice area to go out and have drinks/tapas. the apartement is not big but pretty new and verything works. (execpt no internet) We got welcomed by a lady who was very rude and unpolite. I speak spanish but if I asked her to explain how it works with payments (you need to pay a deposit 200EUR and the rent all in advance!!) she was very unfriendly. |

Great location - balcony - kitchen and furbishment The bed squeeked - above a very popular bar (noisy) - frontdoor lock very difficult to open: needs changing !!!! |

We were met with the keys on time and the location perfect for the center of Madrid - with metro very close by. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money! A little bit of noise from flats above and opposite at night but to be expected in city center apartment. |

Very well located - nice small modern and calm apartment - excellent welcome at agreed timing Perhaps install airco by next summer and provide a bit more kitchenware (e.g. salad bowl) and cleaning utensils |

It's really a nice small flat, just in the center and 200mt form the metro... so you can easily reach all the town form here.. Wifi really didnt work... |

We were waiting for an hour on the street before we checked in. In the room there were lots of insects, even in the frige. Very loudly whole day and night. No air condition. The parking was too far and too expencive. The staff didn't speak english well. Our trip in Madrid wasn't good because of this. |

Madrid is a fabuklous city and the apartment was well located for site seeing. Lots of things! No internet access despite being promised that it would be provided. No one even attempted to sort the problem out and my calls were ignored. The apartment is appallingly noisey and the block was occupied by what appeared to be long term residents- we had very little sleep. |

It was in a great location, right in the centre of things and right next door to a fab little bar. The apartment was really modern and clean and had everything we needed. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, there wasn't always enough hot water. |

La posizione centrale vicino a tutti i punti da visitare. Nn abbiamo mai avuto la necessità di prendere la metropolitana.Abbiamo raggiunto tutto a piedi.Stile moderno e accogliente. la pulizia del pentolame non era perfetta. |

Una buena opción, muy céntrica, para estar unos días en Madrid. Excelente la atención del responsable de los apartamentos. Un mejor equipamiento como apartamento respecto a su cocina. No se trata de una habitación de hotel. |

La situación y la posibilidad de salir más tarde si no hay reservas. Demasido pequeño. La única mesa que tiene no sirve para comer, es alta y con taburetes también altos, que más bien parece la mesa de un bar de copas. En el sofá solo pueden sentarse dos personas, y si hay más tienen que estar sentados en un taburete, pues no hay sillas. Para dos personas puede servir, y para pocos días, para más personas o días es incómodo. |

Lo mejor, la situación, al lado de una boca de metro y cerca de Sol Las paredes son papel de fumar, se oye perfectamente al vecino y el frigorífico del salón también hace mucho ruido. Si estás todo el día fuera y luego quieres descansar, no te lo recomiendo |

Petit appartement très bien équipé et idéal pour 3 personnes. Situé à 10 mn à pied de la Plaza del Sol et à proximité d'une station de métro. Quartier bruyant, surtout le samedi soir. Le rez de chaussée de l'immeuble est occupé par une bodega... Et les espagnols aiment faire la fête jusque (très) tard dans la nuit. Si vous comptez vous coucher tôt, prévoyez des boules Quiès. |

La posizione è strategica: si trova nel cuore del centro di Madrid e tutti i luoghi principali di interesse turistico sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Metrò a due passi, locali notturni e ristoranti tipici tutti intorno. Pulito, ordinato, moderno. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Perfetto per un soggiorno di pochi giorni "full immersion" nella città. Le dimensioni ridottissime del bagno. Davvero troppo piccolo per 4 persone. |

Electrodomesticos modernos, pantalla plana. Wifi gratis.Nos dejaron salir a las 5 pm pues no había reserva para el domingo. Ruido de cañerías de agua caliente o calefacción. El primer día nos despertó a las 8 am.Falta de aislamiento acústico en general. El armario del dormitorio con barra rota y utiles de limpieza dentro. Dormitorio claustrofobico poco espacio junto a la cama no se podia entrar de pìe.Comunicación de confirmación de reserva a última hora, falta de comunicación.Falta de gel baño.Zona centrica pero sensacion de inseguridad. |

ho apprezzato veramente tutto. L'appartamento era pulito, completo e sopratutto ubicato in una posizione ottima della città, permette di raggiungere a piedi posti stupendi come il mercato, plaza del sol, plaza mayor, la gran via, plaza atocha e la chueca. lo staff dell' "hotel" ha fornito un numero di telefono di una persona che mi attendeva in appartamento da usare per comunicazioni in caso di emergenza... quando ho chiamato per comunicare il mio ritardo al telefono però rispondeva solo la segreteria telefonica (5 volte) e quando sono arrivato all'appartamento ho incontrato la suddetta persona che stava andando via!! se fossi arrivato 2 minuti piu tardi pur cercando di avvisare dove avrei dormito??? |

La situation géographique ainsi que l'indépendance d'un appartement. La déco, simple mais très agréable et la fonctionnalité de la cuisine. Un appartement où l'on se sent bien. La clé de la porte d'entrée du batiment était difficile à utiliser et nous avons faillit passer la nuit dehors... A changer. |
