The hotel is in a quite street close to a metro station therefore many interesting points can be reached easily. From the airport you can get to the hotel using metro lines 8 and 4 carrying heavy luggage because you can use elevators at each station. Stronger bulbs would be needed in the rooms because for reading the illumination is not enough. |

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable and reception were very helpful. Great for shops and very near to the centre of Madrid, you can walk everywhere. Have stayed in Madrid many times and would definitely stay there again. A little noisey due to traffic at night but then thats Madrid! No crockery provided in the kitchen but you have to ask for it and then they will provide it. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, location was great. The airconditioning (heating) didn´t work so it was a bit cold in the night time. Would be nice if there were cooking facilities in the room (without having to ask for them). |

Enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette, dining table & chairs and little balcony. It's much quieter than staying on busy Calle Princessa. From the hotel, it's a very easy to walk to the metro, Plaza Espana & the Palace. Another review describes the hotel as a "dump" but is certainly not one! The beds are very hard. |

the rooms are big and comfortable, clean and tidy staff helpfull and friendly It has a small kitchen but no toaster no cooking utensils at all no crockery so if you want to use the place to cook your meals you would have to take all your own stuf!!! so so good if you travel light. I did take some food to cook but I had to throw it away!! |

we liked the kitchen, even small, very convenient to save money. We stayed in this hotel 5 nights. We had twins bed, not comfortable for a couple... The room smelled cigarette awfully, and the room was not clean durind our stay. Alf the staff was not very helpful, they did not do anything about the smelling room and saying hello seemed something very hard to say... we had good prices, so fair enough, but we still wonder how they got their 3 stars... |

Very good position, good price/quality ratio, very convenient to have a refrigerator. The room was not enough laundered during the stay, the blocked door between the rooms is not enough phonically isolated. |

Great position in relation to public transport, it's walkable into the main parts of Madrid. The room was very roomy. The room was nice and big but the facilities weren't in good order. The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower holder didn't work so you had to hold the shower head, the shower screen had a 1" gap between the bath and it causing the floor to get very wet and the light fittings on the bedside lamps weren't attached securely. |
