The hotel is located near Chamartin. It was cold in the room. We lived on the 4th floor where the elevator does not lift to. |

Reception desk services and, also, the fact that is a quiet place. The room smell like old, the toilet was dripping continuously, there were no clothes or shoes brushes, the Internet connection was impossible to be workable for a non-Windows operating system, the breakfast was poor. |

it was hceap and near the metro station it was a fai distance out of the centre its good it you use it for a night before you fly out, but wouldnt use it for a city break personally due to the distance. the room was ok, very dated and semi falling apart but of an ok standard |

I was given a room with a tiny window that you could hardly see out of, but what I could see, was only opposite rooms. The room was dark and dismal. There was not bath towel. I did not notice the room had been cleaned the next day if it was not for getting the extra towel that was missing. The hotel is not cheap and certainly not worth the money. |

La verdad es que sólo quería era dormir después de un viaje para seguir camino a la mañana siguiente. Para eso es perfecto Está muy viejo. Todos los muebles son de hace un montón de años. Es frío, la bomba de calor hace mucho ruido, las cortinas no cerraban del todo porque eran cortas, la mampara del baño estaba que se caía, los colchones son blandos... |

la zona es tranquila, donde se ubican las embajadas en Madrid. Además, se encuentra cerca de la zona de negocios de la ciudad, plaza de Castilla y paseo de la Castellana tiene problemas con el agua caliente, que en el mes de diciembre cobran especial relevancia, existe demasiada luz indirecta y ninguna para poder trabajar en la mesa o ver el interior del armario. |

El personal del hotel me h a parecido muy amable Necesitan cambiar las tapicerias de todos los sillones y prestar un poco mas de atención al estado de las habitaciones. las cortinas estan para cambiar. Los armarios no cierran las puertas. |

Vriendelijk personeel. Binnen 20 minuten zit je in het Centrum! De kamer was echt vies! Vieze vloeren(haren, stofwolken), en de kledingkasten stonken van binnen zo dat je er geen kleding in kon opbergen! Badkamer, wandje bij de douche zat schimmel!! Ontbijt slecht! en erg weinig (croissant, koffie, jus). |

Personnel aimable. Chambre spacieuse avec un coin avec des fauteuils. Chambre donnant sur une route bruyante. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre et j'étais un peu plus éloignée de cette route bruyante mais je l'entendais toujours. |
