Good location, within walking distance to the main touristic points. Friendly staff, good room. Did not find any, except thin walls -- you can hear a noise from rooms on the floor. |

The location -> Perfect we stayed at the 4th floor which is a kind of loft. From the one side of the room you could hit your head to the ceiling.Very small window instead of a balcony. the other floors have balconys'. A bit expensive for its quality |

The front desk staff 'Alejandro' was very very helpful. Location was excellent. Very clean. The fact that it was promoted as a hotel that had an airport shuttle but it did not, so I ended up spending 49Euro's more than I had expected! That is basically the price of the hotel night again. |

Location: The hotel is located less than a 100m from the Puerta del Sol, were you will find a very central Metro Station. The area is very busy and noisy until 3 or 4 in the morning. If you are planning to walk to Madrid’s famous spots, such as the Prado and the Palacio Real, it is a great spot to stay at. We walked by very late at night and always felt safe. Cleanliness: The first room we got was ok, but after a while we started to feel a strong sewer smell. After complaining in the front desk to a receptionist that tried to appear surprised with it, we changed to another room. This one was better, but never completely free of some bad smell. Room: Both rooms were ok, with good bathrooms. The walls, as usual in this class of hotels, are ve |

Location was great. 30 second walk from the main square in Madrid and to the closest Metro station. Close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were a decent size for the price, staff were very helpful and spoke English well. Noise coming from outside at night was loud. |

The room size and cleanliness were outstanding. The staff most helpful specially Alejandro. The hotel is well situated and close to the main attractions of Madrid which can be reached by foot: El Prado, La PlazaMayor, etc. At night there is a significant amount of streetwalkers but we never were bothered by them and the police station is near by. |

The corner room was spacious, over looking Calle de la Montera and close to both Puerta Del Sol & Gran Via metro. Room was clean, bathroom was new and very comfortable. Walk down the street there are plenty restaurants, bars, shoppings. Due to its central location, Calle Monetera has a fair amount of street walker at night, the only down side of been so close to both Puerta del Sol & Gran Via. |

Location of Hotel between Del Sol on the one side and Gran Via avenue on the other, 3 minutes walk perfect!! The street noise was only a slight irritation during the late night, as pedestrian traffic (no cars) is constant. |
