I liked the staff who were helpful and nice (they did not speak English but really tried to understand and assist), new and clean room, very central, close to metro, nice building sounds (mainly water in the neighbouring bathrooms) are audible, slightly squeaky bed |

The facilities were good and location for city centre was excellent. Staff freindly and helpful. Hotel was located close to red light area, not good if you have children. Reception not open late at night or early morning. make sure you pay bill night before you leave. |

The staff is friendly and helpful. The price was fair. The only thing that disturbed me was the fact that the hotel was a little bit noisy in the night because the acustic isolation among the rooms is not good. You can hear absolutly any noise from the other bordering rooms and from the row. Every time people got in their apartments in the midle of the night, I woke up because it appeared they were opening my door, so close was the noise. |

Prima hotel, netjes, kamer werd elke dag verzorgd incl. schone handdoeken, veilig ( je kunt niet zomaar bij de hotelkamers, je moest eerst aanbellen) Voor een stedentrip is dit een prima hotel!! |
